Welcome to Casa de Koi vacation in our newest vacation home with a meticulously unique relaxing Koi Pond view!
This spacious private home offers a split floor plan with the main bedroom on one side, and the other 2 bedroom on the other side of the house. A living and family room, heated outdoor pool, waterfront for Gulf Access boating, Boat dock and Lift with water/electric at the dock!
The main bedroom offers a King sized bed and Smart TV with Local channels, bathroom with shower and dual sinks and the sliders open up to the screen enclosed lanai. The other two bedrooms offer a queen bed in each room. Living room has comfortable couches and large Smart TV, Kitchen is fully equipped with a drip coffee machine and everything you should need while on vacation.
Enjoy the outdoors with a patio table for 6, overlooking the Koi Pond, BBQ Grill for your favorite BBQ, large pool and waterfront views.
Experience our Florida Paradise for a week or a month or two! Escape out to the dock and take in the Florida sunsets.
