✅ Pool heating is optional and available upon request

✅ Pool heating fee is $50 total for reservations of 3 nights or less

✅ For reservations longer than 3 nights, pool heating is $50 + $10 per additional night after the 3rd night

✅ Please request pool heat 24–48 hours before arrival so the water has time to warm



✅ Amenities require a signed waiver confirming use or non-use (please complete before arrival)

✅ An agreement form is required before arrival (sent prior to your stay)



✅ Check-in is after 4:00 PM and your access code will not work before check-in time

✅ Early check-in may be available for a $20 fee (subject to availability)

✅ Late check-out may be available for a $20 fee (subject to availability)



✅ Dogs are welcome (any size, no breed/weight limit)

✅ No cats

✅ Pet fee is $50 per pet



✅ Trash & recycle pickup is Monday — please place bins out during your stay

✅ Please dispose of trash responsibly (excessive trash may result in an additional fee)



✅ Pool has no barrier and the backyard near the canal is not fully fenced — constant child supervision is required outdoors

✅ Florida is tropical and occasional pests can happen — please keep doors/windows closed and avoid leaving food out

✅ Exterior security cameras on property (exterior only)

✅ Payments must be made through the booking platform
