In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 2, the maximum allowed occupancy is 6, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 2.

This two-bedroom Kiawah Island vacation rental is nestled in West Beach in the Greenslake Cottage community. The charming cottage is almost ground level, has access to a seasonal community pool, and is a 9-minute walk to the beach!

Enter 1220 Greenslake Cottage and be greeted by an abundance of natural light. The living area offers plenty of seating to gather for family game night or watch a movie on the flat screen television. Just off the living area is a cozy sunroom with a little breakfast nook. It’s the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee and immerse yourself in the beautiful nature that Kiawah Island has to offer! The updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a stunning backsplash. Located off the kitchen and in between the living area is the dining room with seating for six. The back deck has two Adirondack chairs and a gas grill. An outdoor shower is also available for guests to use.

A king-size bed is presented in the primary bedroom, and it has an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower plus an updated vanity. The secondary bedroom offers two twin beds (can be converted to a king upon request) and a small flat-screen television. Just outside the second bedroom is a full-size bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The cottage is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guests have access to the community pool (approximately 55ft x 20ft). This pool is unheated and open seasonally.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.
