Wir haben gerade diese Seascape Villa gekauft und freuen uns, sie mit Ihnen zu teilen. Es ist nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt und günstig im West Beach Village gelegen. Es gibt jedoch keinen Zugang zum Pool.

In dieser Villa im Obergeschoss gibt es ein Kingsize-Bett und ein Schlafsofa mit einer erhöhten Decke im Wohnzimmer und einer abgeschirmten Veranda. Das Badezimmer ist hell und sauber mit einer begehbaren Dusche. Die abgeschirmte Veranda ist bereits unser Lieblingszimmer - perfekt für einen Morgenkaffee oder ein abendliches Getränk.

Wir erwarten, dass diese Villa schnell zu einem Favoriten wird. Ich helfe auch dabei, die Villa direkt nebenan zu mieten - perfekt für Paare, die zusammen Urlaub machen möchten, aber etwas Privatsphäre wünschen.

The villa was fantastic and just a few steps to the beach. It was perfect for my daughter and I to get away to our favorite place for a few days. We had no issues at all and really enjoyed our time.

Proximity to beach was great. Condo is a bit dated. Furniture not super comfortable. Host was great in Terms of communication. The area is fantastic.

Very close to the beach - less than a 5-minute walk! The host was very responsive and helpful. It was an added bonus that we could bring our pug with us and know that she was welcome. The bathroom and kitchen were very clean, which is always important. It could use a little TLC for things like painted surfaces and better lighting in the living room. Overall, a great place for a stay on Kiawah Island!

We've been traveling to Kiawah for the past 24 years. This location is fantastic and the host was wonderful to deal with. The accommodations were clean, kitchen was well stocked and everything worked. My only suggestion would be to get new pillows. This was truly a wonderful place to stay! In addition, the front gate did not have a parking tag ready for us and tried to redirect us to the villa registration building, but once I persisted and showed the email that the parking tag should be available at the front gate, they made one for us on the spot. This is not the host's fault, this is an error on part of the front gate.

Amazing stay!

Perfect place for my husband, pup, and I for a long weekend! Short walk to the beach and had everything we needed! Beautiful neighborhood and we loved sitting on the patio in the evenings.

Nice Holiday Getaway

Great and relaxing getaway

Location was good. Enjoyed beach and bike trail-great way to explore island. Freshfields Village great place for restaurants and shopping and very convenient. Unit was clean and owner a pleasure to work with.

We really enjoyed the screened in porch the deer came through every morning.Pleasantly surprised to hear the ocean on the porch and dog friendly is a must have.Couldn't be happier with our stay.

A short walk to the beach (less than 2 minutes). Very clean villa and well stocked with all of the necessities. Excellent communication with property owner. Definitely would stay here again!

Great location!

This is a great place for a couple or small family. Nice, private screened in porch. 3-5 minute walk to Boardwalk 7. Susie was very responsive with any inquiries I had during our stay.

Thanks for the nice review! We have found the villa to be a shorter walk to the beach - it is effectively across the villa parking lot from the beach. There are no ocean views though. Future guests, please don't hesitate to ask for the address so you can see for yourself how close it is to the beach.
