As you step into the bright, airy villa, you will find unencumbered waterfront views right outside the many large windows. With careful detail made in upgrades, furnishings, and decor, this property includes shiplap, crown molding, cherry wood floors, custom drapery, and more. The living room features abundant natural light, comfortable seating, and a TV, opening seamlessly to the dining and kitchen area. The kitchen features custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances, making it a great space for entertaining. The bedroom is a peaceful retreat with a new king bed and access to the screened porch where you can sit and watch the sunrise or relax at the end of the day with your favorite beverage. A full bath is beautifully decorated. A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience.

This lovely villa is located on Seabrook Island within the Bay Pointe gated community. Spend the day at the private beach or swim in the Bay Pointe private pool. You will be within walking distance or a short bike ride from the Lakehouse, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, Bohicket Marina, and Freshfields Village.

• BEACH: 2.2 miles from beach access. Please note that beach chairs are not provided at this property.
• CLUB AMENITIES: Please note that this specific property does not offer access to the private Seabrook Island Club facilities (Beach Club pools, club dining, golf courses, and tennis courts are excluded).
• POOL: Complimentary access to both the private Bay Pointe complex pool and the outdoor pool at the Seabrook Island Lakehouse is included. Even without club amenity cards, guests enjoy access to the uncrowded private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool.
• PARKING: This property allows for a maximum of 2 vehicle gate passes. Street parking is strictly prohibited.
• LSV GOLF CARTS: Electric and gas-powered LSV vehicles (low-speed golf carts) are permitted at this villa complex. LSVs require a gate pass and count towards the strict maximum limit of 2 vehicle gate passes.
• CHILDREN: Children welcome.
• PET POLICY: No pets allowed. Thank you for your understanding.
• PROFESSIONALLY LICENSED & MANAGED: Short-Term Rental License STR25-000506.
• ADDITIONAL INFO: A $69 Non-Refundable Fee applies for $1500 of Damage Protection Coverage. The fitness center and indoor pool at the Lakehouse are accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest.
• CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations up to 30 days before your stay.

• LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Beach towels are not included.

• WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located inside the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.

• COFFEE MAKER: A standard 12-cup glass coffee pot is on site for guest use. Please bring your own ground coffee and filters.

• AMENITY CARDS: Please note that club amenity cards are not included and are not available for purchase with this specific villa. However, guests always enjoy complimentary access to the private Bay Pointe complex pool, the uncrowded beaches, the outdoor Lakehouse pool, the Equestrian Center, crab docks, and the volleyball and basketball courts.

• ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges a fee of $45 per gate pass. This fee applies to guests staying 1 night to 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided, and drivers will be required to show a valid driver's license at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle. LSV vehicles (low-speed golf carts) require a pass and count toward the strict maximum limit of 2 gate passes.

• CHECK IN: We offer as much assistance with the check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions. Our team can provide self-check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone.

• CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: This property is proudly managed by Sandpiper. We are located on the island, are licensed, insured, and family operated. Our standard for your stay is what we would want and expect for our own vacation. We offer guests continuous, attentive service during the reservation process and throughout your time here. From the moment you book with us, in planning and preparing for your arrival, throughout your stay with us, and even after checking out and sharing your experience with us, we remain committed to your vacation experience and are here at any time to answer any questions that arise or concerns you have. We want you to have a relaxing, safe, and memorable trip.

• CLEANING: We do not clean to make our properties appear clean. We really clean well. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. We have a reputation for thoroughness and attention to detail. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of germs.

• THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily.

• IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments, and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

• POLICY ON SMOKING: No smoking or vaping inside or at the property. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages.

• PARTIES: No events or parties. There are morning and evening noise ordinances for the quiet enjoyment of all. This is an ideal property for making memories but this is NOT A PARTY PROPERTY!!

Great weekend away

This condo was clean, cozy, and the views were unbeatable. The weather was very cold so enjoying the beach was not possible, but the amazing views helped to enjoy the beautiful of the lowcountry. Great place to stay.

Had a lovely time at Seabrook Island for a wedding and really appreciated how peaceful this space was. We enjoyed the super comfy bed and the perfect spot to sip our coffee on the porch. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was perfect. We were there for a wedding at Seabrook and the gate pass and amenity card gave us freedom to go everywhere and come and go as we wanted. Relaxing stay

The condo was very clean and relaxing. The island was beautiful but not a lot of places for drinks and dinner. Thank you Sandpiper for making the process smooth and easy!

Great find

Easy access to the Island and everything you need. Sitting on the screened porch listening to the marsh is very soothing after the craziness of the city. Would stay again

Overall the unit was nice, very quiet, with pretty views. Unfortunately the windows were dirty and cloudy. All of the cabinets had a greasy feel and could use a good cleaning. Bed was comfortable.

Darling condo, excellent location

This condo is perfect for a couple. The screen porch overlooking the marsh is lovely. The decor is airy and bright. It is located just a 1.3 mile walk to shopping and restaurants, and a 4 mile drive to the pools and beach area. Highly recommend!!

We really appreciate you highlighting the specific distances; you are spot on. Being a nice walk from the shops/dining but a quick drive to the beach/pools gives you the best of both worlds (and a little bit of quiet away from the crowds!). Very relaxing condo

The condo was clean and appointed nicely. View from the deck was worth the trip. Bed is very hard.

Beautiful condo and excellent property management support!

This condo was beautiful, peaceful, and allowed for a very relaxing, long weekend. The view from every room was amazing. When we had an issue with our parking pass, the property management company replied promptly and straightened out the problem right away. This was the perfect place for a tranquil weekend get-away.

Exactly as listed

In the best way, it was what expected. The condo overlooks the marsh, about 15 minutes to the beach and beach club- just a few minutes from the lake house. Having the amenity card included was a huge plus. Seabrook is family friendly, safe, and quiet.
