This Windswept Woodland Suite comfortably accommodates 2 guests. The master bedroom is beautifully decorated with a king bed, ceiling fan, flat screen TV and luxury bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower and custom vanity with a granite countertop. Pool Access: Please note this property has NO resort pool access.

Beach Access: Beach access is directly from the building at Boardwalk at 20 & 21.

Please Note: The use of the fireplace is prohibited. This is an elevated building and there is one flight of stairs to access the villa.

Pet Policy: This property does not allow pets.

Parking: There is parking for up to 2 cars.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.

*Notice: From February 18 through March 31, no access will be allowed to the rear side of Ocean Buildings 3 and 4. This includes all rear boardwalks, unit walkway connectors, and rear stair access. During this time, Boardwalk 21, located between Ocean Buildings 3 and 4, will remain closed. Beach access will remain available via Boardwalks 20 and 22. Please be advised that construction activity and associated noise may occur during this time.
