Lage, Lage! Genießen Sie Urlaub am Meer auf Kiawah Island! Dieses modernisierte 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder Ferienhaus liegt günstig im Herzen des West Beach. In unmittelbarer Nähe zum Straw Market, Tennis Center und sogar eine Fahrradfahrt von Freshfields entfernt! Der Strand ist ganz in der Nähe und vergessen Sie nicht den exklusiven Pool nur für Gäste des Greenslake Cottage. Es ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt!

Dieses Haus liegt am 1. Loch des Golfplatzes Cougar Point und wird jedem gefallen. Beim Betreten der Hütte begrüßt Sie der geräumige Wohnbereich mit Sonnenschein durch die Fenster. Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine komfortable Einrichtung, Flachbild-TV, DVD-Player und Schreibtisch für die Arbeit. Das Sofa zieht sich für zusätzlichen Schlaf aus. Alle neuen, Parkettböden sind in beiden Schlafzimmern und im Wohnzimmer.

Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und hat Edelstahl-Geräte aktualisiert. Es gibt eine separate Essecke aus der Küche, die 6 Personen bequem Platz bietet. Die Himmelslichter oben werden sicher Ihren Morgen aufhellen und Sie werden sich freuen, nach draußen zu gehen. Die abgeschirmte Veranda bietet einen perfekten Platz zum Lesen eines Buches oder einfach nur um die Tierwelt, den Morgenkaffee oder den abendlichen Cocktail zu beobachten.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, Flachbild-TV mit einem privaten Master-Badezimmer. Der Meister hat auch einen Step-Out-Balkon mit Blick auf den Golfplatz. Was für eine Art aufzuwachen! Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten, Flachbildfernseher und einen direkten Zugang zum Bad Hall.

Für Ihren Komfort sind eine Waschmaschine und Trockner in voller Größe sowie WLAN vorhanden. Die Unterkunft ist haustierfreundlich und akzeptiert einen Hund mit maximal 50 lbs. Eine zusätzliche Reinigungsgebühr für Haustiere wird erhoben.

Dieses Anwesen bietet einen Blick auf das erste Loch im kürzlich renovierten Cougar Point Club House, das über einen erstklassigen Golf-Pro-Shop und ein brandneues Restaurant verfügt. Das Clubhaus soll im Juni 2019 eröffnet werden!

** UPDATE Januar 2019: Kiawah Island investiert 100 Millionen Dollar in neue Anlagen im West Beach-Bereich, darunter ein neues 5-Sterne-Hotel, ein Konferenzzentrum, eine Kapelle und ein Clubhaus für den Cougar Point Golf Course. Für diese Projekte wurde ein voraussichtlicher Fertigstellungstermin für Anfang 2021 festgelegt. This property is perfect in almost every way! The beds are comfortable. The kitchen has anything and everything you could ever need. The walk to the beach is very doable and there is plenty of space to store all of required beach equipment. Our family enjoyed our time here and would definitely return.

Perfect Kiawah Cottage

This was the perfect cottage for our family. Very clean, great location, and very easy check-in. We loved sitting on the screen porch each morning a watching the golfers. We're already missing the daily bike rides and relaxing on the beach!

Great Stay

Charming condo on hole 1 of Kiawah’s Cougar course. Took us about 8-10 minutes to walk to the beach, the pool is closer to the condo…it’s an easy walk in the shade. Great communication from the owner. Kiawah was a hit for us and we would stay here again.

Great cottage!

We stayed for a week at this cottage and we were very pleased with it. It has recently been remodeled and was very clean, well stocked and had a great screened in porch overlooking a beautiful golf course (Cougar Point). Management company was easy to work with and check in was organized. Would definitely rent this cottage again!

Fabulous getaway for two!

We brought our little pug with us to this pet friendly gem and loved every moment. The charming cottage sits right on the course with a divine screened in porch. Just a quick 5 minute walk and you are at the beach. We hope to return soon!

Beautiful location

This cottage was lovely. The location on Cougar Point golf course was very convenient for travel to Charleston. The only complaint is that the owner should obtain better knife ware and pots. I enjoy cooking at times.

This was an amazing vacational rental. The entire villa was clean and beautifully decorated with attractive comfortable furniture. It has a terrific view of the golf course with just a short walking distance from the beach. The owner was very kind to check-in to see if we needed anything. Perfect get away

This is a beautiful cottage with everything you need. My husband loved watching the golfers every morning. We took long bike rides, went to the beach and just relaxed! Maybe just a tad far to walk to the beach but we worked around that.

Great cottage and location!

We lived this unit. Clean, nicely appointed and wonderful kitchen with every appliance one needs. We loved the screened porch overlooking the Cougar Point first hole. Convenient location to Freshfields. Only complaint was we had to buy all paper products, Saran Wrap, baggies, spices, etc.. We find it nice to have a few of these items on hand.

As for the paper products, saran wrap, etc., we got rid of these 'communal' items in the midst of the pandemic to ensure the safety and health of our beloved guests! Measures such as these were recommended by the CDC. We now provide a fresh 'starter kit' for each guest, and outline what that includes in the arrival information you receive prior to your stay. Ipromptu Getaway

This cottage more than exceeded our expectations! The hosts have the unit equipped with all the necessities and even more than what we needed. It was even nice to receive a personal email from the owners to check in and make certain everything was to our liking. It was just about a 15 minute walk to the beach but that was primarily because the pace was set by a 7 year old. We have typically been HHI beach goers but now are sold on Kiawah and can't wait to return in the future!
