The property owner is not very communicative. The day we arrived, I did not have check in instructions and I could not get a hold of the owner. We ended up having to book a hotel room that night. The owner did get in touch after we booked the hotel and apologized, however communication did not improve.
The address on the listing is incorrect, it took me to an apartment a block away.
The apartment did not have the amenities listed. It was supposed to have 5 bathrooms, but it has two. It also said there was a bathtub, but there is not. There is no clothes dryer (but there is a washer). There is no air conditioning and we were there for the hottest day of the year. It was unbearable and we left for a hotel. It was in the 90s in the apartment at 10 pmwith all the windows open.
The place was not professionally cleaned before we arrived. We found a dirty sock in the living room, mildew in the bathroom, and lots of dust under the beds.
The hallway rack is missing pieces and the hall closet mirror is cracked.
The cabinet in the master bath has broken shelves.
The WiFi only really works in the living room.
There is only one key, which made things challenging when our group was doing different things during the day.
On the plus side, the washer worked well and it has a big refrigerator. The apartment is pretty spacious (although it says it can accommodate 10 people, no more than 4-5 would be comfortable). The neighborhood is nice. It's a ways from the city but very convenient to the T2 line.
I would not stay here again. The listing needs to be updated to be accurate.
