Kommen Sie und genießen Sie unsere wunderschön eingerichtete Einheit auf der fünften Etage im Beach Resort mit Blick auf den Golf von unserem privaten Balkon. Das Beach Resort wurde im Jahr 2006 erbaut. Es handelt sich um ein kleines Anwesen mit 64 Wohneinheiten, einem fabelhaften Infinity-Pool auf 2 Ebenen von 5.000 m² und einem 9.000 m² großen Deckspavestone für Ihr Vergnügen. Der Komplex befindet sich gegenüber dem wunderschönen Strand Miramar. Das Beach Resort verfügt über einen 300 Fuß langen, privaten Zugang zum Strand, der nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt liegt. Wir bieten einen KOSTENLOSEN Strandservice (1. März bis 31. Oktober), der das tägliche Aufstellen eines Sonnenschirms und 2 Liegen umfasst.

We always stay at one of the condos at Besch Resort because of the proximity tithe beach and the great pool area. This condo was really nice.

Our favorite little place to vacation at

This is our 3rd time staying at this specific condo. It's become a family favorite to stay here. My wife and kids keep coming back here after trying other locations. We really enjoy the condo, the pool and the relatively easy access to the beach and the provided chairs and umbrella. We will be coming back again as we enjoy this complex as it's not too busy and is private to guests only. Quiet and comfortable and highly recommended. Thank you again

Great condo with great views! Even thought the property is across the street from the beach you still get to take advantage of the great views of the water. The place was very clean when we checked in. I appreciate the brooms, a vacuum, mop, and other cleaning supplies in the condo because I like to keep a clean place. So many rentals do not have these basic items to keep the place tidy for longer stays. Even though we did not use it much, the property pool is very nice. It is just a short walk to the beach and the included beach chairs were a huge plus. Owner was very responsive to questions.

Pleasantly Surprised

We had a wonderful stay here for my son’s spring break. It was a perfect location for us with many of his school friend’s families all within walking distance. You never know exactly what you might get when picking a condo, basing decisions on provided photos and reviews. This condo was a perfect size for our family and had everything we needed. Loved the view of the pool and ocean from the balcony. The white sand beaches in Miramar Beach are so beautiful. Having a covered garage space and a washer/Dryer in the unit were nice touches.

Beach Resort is a great family vacation spot.

This was probably our 10th vacation at Beach Resort. It's a great place for a small family.Let's start with the good:- Awesome pool and outdoor area. Smaller building and big pool meant plenty of room for everyone. - The beach is amazing. Can be a little crowded so get there early for the best spots. This unit came with beach chair and umbrella service. Definite plus. - This unit comes with an oversized parking garage spot. Very easy to get in and out plus out of the sun / rain. - Unit was very clean. Kudos to the cleaning crew. Now the not so good:- The fridge was out most of the week. The owner was able to get one by the end of the week. Should be good to go for everyone in the future. - The washer / dryer got replaced while we were there. The dryer appears to be leaving black marks on cloths so be careful if washing nice clothes. Not the owners fault but there are reviews online for that dryer leaving black marks. Overall, if the dryer issue gets resolved, would definitely stay here again.

Location, comfort, and view!

We loved everything about our stay at the Beach Resort. The location was great - peaceful, close to the beach, and convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. The view was beautiful overlooking the pool and the gulf. The pools were nice, large, with plenty of seating. It was great having a large parking spot in the garage, as well as extra parking lot spots for visitors. The unit was very comfortable with a large, well appointed kitchen and living/dining space. The master bedroom/bath was comfortable. The “2nd bedroom” has bunk beds, a curtain for a door, and no closet, with a good sized en-suite bathroom. This would probably work well for children, but not for our adult friends that we had hoped to stay with us. We didn’t turn on a TV the entire week, but those in the bedrooms were severely outdated, with a selection of VHS movies. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the view. (Note that there are no condiments at all - no big deal, but nice to know.). The beach was a short, easy walk with convenient beach chair setup. All good communication with the host. We will definitely be back!

The condos and complex are well taken care of. The pool and pool area are beautiful and top notch. Great location for all the restaurants. The beach access is just a short walk. This has been our Gulf destination for the last 4 years and will continue to be.

Wonderful Stay

We had a great week in this condo and it easily accommodated our family’s needs. It was an easy check in and having the garage parking was convenient. The pools were large and refreshing. The condo itself was very open and had plenty of space for us to relax after spending the day out in the sun. The beach access is a short walk and it was nice that it included the beach chairs and umbrella. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the condo was also very clean and inviting. Communication with the property owners was great and they were quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing

Amazing is not even an adequate word. Everything was perfect. The condo was nice, clean and big enough so that we were not on top of eachother. The kitchen has the supplies you need to make a simple meal, the beds are comfy and it was very clean upon our arrival (which I know is hard to do with sand). The hosts were responsive and very helpful when we had questions. The pool and view were the best!!! We loved it so much, we are going back next year!

Amazing

Great condo for a family of 4. Garage Parking, fast elevators, easy check in. The pool is gigantic and since the resort is smaller it’s never too crowded. There is also a hot tub and grills. The beach is a short walk about 2 and a half minutes. 2 super comfortable beach chairs and umbrella is provided per day.
