Das Alerio D101 bietet Schlafgelegenheiten für 9 Personen in Form eines Queensize-Schlafzimmers, eines Schlafzimmers mit einem Doppelstockbett und eines Hauptschlafzimmers mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einem eigenen Badezimmer. Beim ersten Betreten sehen Sie das dekorative Queen-Schlafzimmer auf der linken Seite mit einem Ledersofastuhl und einem Flachbildfernseher! Links finden Sie den bezaubernden Schlafraum mit begehbarem Kleiderschrank und eigenem Flachbildfernseher und DVD-Player. Wenn Sie den Flur entlang gehen, finden Sie ein komplettes Badezimmer mit einer Duschwanne und eine Waschküche mit gestapelten Whirlpoolgeräten. Der Flur öffnet sich zur Küche und zum offenen Wohn- und Essbereich. Mit frischem und trendigem Stranddekor bietet dieser Bereich der Wohnung eine beruhigende Umgebung zum Entspannen. Lehnen Sie sich zurück und genießen Sie einen Film oder ein Fußballspiel auf dem 55-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher im Wohnzimmer. Das Esszimmer ist mit einem wunderschönen Esstisch aus Holz und 6 übergroßen Korbstühlen ausgestattet. Drei Barhocker säumen die Küchentheke für zwangloses Essen. Overall, we had a good stay and enjoyed the location, which is convenient to both the beach and Surf Hut. The property managers were responsive and did their best to address concerns during our visit.However, there were several issues that future guests should be aware of. Only one parking pass is included, and additional parking is paid and located far from the unit. Some of the furniture was noticeably worn, maintenance work was being performed on nearby units without prior notice, and the hot tub was closed during our stay without notification. We also encountered a few pests in the unit.While we still had an enjoyable vacation, better communication BEFORE booking regarding parking, maintenance, and amenity closures would have improved the overall experience.

Property was very nice, spacious and inviting. Appreciated the wagon and beach accessories available to us. We did have issues with the A/C during our stay which was an issue but we managed, although not ideal. Property mgmt was quick to action to help accommodate with portable units, but it was more of a band aid to a bigger issue. Would definitely stay here again assuming A/C is properly working and functional.

Overall good stay

The condo is decent and the location was good. Main issue - when we arrived we found out that the central AC wasn’t working properly and they had portable coolers in every room to supplement. I complained and they provided us an excursion comp for our troubles. The maintenance man was also nice. I do wish they had told us from the beginning about the AC instead of letting us find out in person on our vacation. I recommend asking about this before you go. The landlord needs to fix this the right way.

Great place to stay! It’s is a VERY short walk to the beach. Great beach access that wasn’t crowded. Everything is exactly as listed. The pool and hot tub were very spacious and clean. This rental is perfect for families. 100% would book this rental again and recommend to others. The only critique our family had was that the dryer took a few times to dry. Overall we had an amazing experience!!

Overall we had a great experience. The property is just a short walk to the beach and has lots of dining options nearby. My only wish is that they offered 2 parking spaces as the RV park is quite a hike and a little pricey.

I love the lactation right off the broad walk and across from the beach. great kitchen, and closed by restaurants and shops. It is also quiet enough. Our only struggle during our stay were the guests upstairs. For some reason, they play soccer every nigh from 8 pm till 11pm. It was traumatizing. The noise was unbearable as if the roof was going to fall on us. we had difficult time sleeping until they stop playing. Other than that was great place.

Awesome condo

The condo was very nice and looked just like the photos. It was plenty big enough for me and my family. The location was accommodating as there are shops, restaurants and the beach in walking distance.

Great Experience!

This was our first time visiting this area and we were unsure of what to expect... Overall we had a very good experience with this rental. Check-in and check-out were extremely smooth. Our rental was on the first floor which made it easy to load and unload. The unit was very clean and there was more than enough room to accommodate everyone in our party. We couldn’t have asked for a better location which was directly across the street from the beach access. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The unit was lovely and clean! We did find a need for additional pillow cases but did find one. There were many pillows in the closet but not bed linen. Having pot holders would’ve been helpful for getting hot things out of the oven as well.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was absolutely beautiful. More than enough space for my family and literally across the street from the beach. Although we enjoyed ourselves we had to listen to the people above us stomping and running around every evening. It was terrible. Also, there were a few stains on a couple of the pillow cases and the shower curtain. Lastly, please wash or change the dining room table chair cushions. They had food stains and are just dirty.

Beautiful Condo - Convenient to Beach, Shops, Food

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was so close to everything (walk across the street to the beach, go up the road to the outlets, amazing restaurants within 5-15 minutes, etc). Being on the bottom floor is never great (you’re bound to hear everyone above you), but we were still able to sleep through the night. The beds and pillows were a little uncomfortable, but nothing worth taking a star off for. Also, we appreciated having cable TV. Sometimes you just want to spend an hour doing nothing / watching TV. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. The price is right, it’s super convenient, and it’s a lovely condo!
