Welcome to paradise. This resort is a bright and cheery four-story building with only 64 units. For the family or couple who are looking for a home away from home this condo is decorated to the highest of standards with many fine details and many upgrades. Every modern convenience has been included here. Large master bedroom with an oh so comfortable brand new KING mattress and box springs, for a great night's sleep, en-suite bathroom. Full size dresser, Flat screen TV and DVD player. Don't forget, we offer FREE BEACH SERVICE, 2 chairs and 1 umbrella!!!

PLEASE NOTE THAT IN HIGH SEASON MAY, JUNE, JULY and AUGUST WE WILL ONLY RENT SATURDAY TO SATURDAY. During those months we reserve the right to not accept the booking.

Charming comfortable and safe bunk area for the children, with ample storage space, TV and DVD player and en-suite bathroom. PRIVACY DOORS!!

Large living room has comfortable full size sleeper sofa, and dining area seats six. 65 ' Flat Screen TV/DVD player. Fully equipped modern kitchen with Corian counter tops, stainless steel appliances, full size washer and dryer.

Bright and cheery custom paint, original artwork throughout with upgraded light fixtures and ceiling fans.

Located on the FOURTH floor, the huge balcony has possibly one of the very best views in the entire complex. Overlooking the beautiful Emerald waters of the Gulf, a 4000 square foot jewel of a pool with infinity edge, kids walk in, adult water bench area, lush tropical landscaping a hot spa tub and vast sunning decks with luxury loungers, chairs tables and umbrellas.

Great Family Spot

Everything was great about our stay from start to finish. The owner was quick to get us our parking pass and make themselves available well before we arrived. The location and condo itself were excellent. The beach was close by and really anything we needed was no longer than a 5 minute drive or 10 minute walk. The condo itself was a modern, clean, and welcoming. My wife already wants to come back for spring break next year. Would certainly stay here again!

The Beach Resort

We enjoyed our stay at the Beach Resort! Photos accurately depict the unit and amenities. Pool is amazing. Short walk to the beach. I accidentally left a load of laundry in the washer, and Victoria and the cleaner graciously coordinated with me to get it back. Great place to vacation with family/kids.

Great location!

This was a fabulous vacation spot for our family. The condo is perfect for families and the pool was great and the beach is beautiful. The beach access is a little but away, but nothing that my younger children couldn't do, so very manageable. We hope to return 😊

Truly Relaxing!

We had a wonderful 7 night stay! The owners were so kind and offered amazing customer service. The location is great! Close to the beach, awesome pool and great area to walk! We enjoyed Kenny D’s which is steps away from the condo! Easy and short walk to the beach, the included beach chair service was incredible. Would book again for sure!

Beautiful condo

We spent the month of March at the Beach Resort. This beautiful condo is well stocked with everything you need for your stay. The view from the balcony is amazing!! Victoria, the unit manager, is great to work with. We had a couple of issues and they were resolved quickly. We hope to return next year!!

Great location, fantastic condo

We loved staying here. The condo had everything we could need. It’s perfectly situation in the heart of Miramar beach. It’s a little bit of a walk to gain entrance to the beach front but was very manageable. Jack was super easy to communicate with and prompt in every reply. Will definitely recommend this place to friends and hope to be back again ourselves.

Beautiful property!

This was our first time staying at Beach Resort and we would definitely return! It was a short walk to the beach entrance, but not bad at all. We had a very comfortable stay and the condo was perfect for our family of 4. We had no real issues. I had contacted Jack about a missing remote out of fear of being charged. He responded quickly and had a remote to us the next morning even though we could use one from the other room. The pool and hot tub were absolutely amazing! It was nice to spend time there in the evening and it was so large that we never felt crowded. Also, the property was very beautiful and clean!

This is an excellent property and the area is wonderful. We had a wonderful time. There were a few minor issues: no detergent for washing dishes, very little dishwasher detergent and toilet paper. Most importantly, the floors need mopping. My feet got black after walking on them for awhile

Great Location

We are 30A regulars and this was the first time we have stayed in Miramar Beach. It definitely will not be out last! The ease of this condo was so refreshing. We arrived as the cleaning service was finishing up and it was perfect. Having never really visited the pools on our previous vacations, we found ourselves in this one daily. And I believe we will never go back to carrying our own chairs and umbrella again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful View

The condo owner was amazing and so helpful and the room was wonderful. The only complaint I had was having issues with other peoples kids running up and down halls after "quiet hours" and being awoken at midnight and later the 1st 2 nights from children/adults next to us. Also, kids being rowdy and rude in the pool from what I could tell was 2 doors over from us so could be the same family that had the running kids too. Victoria made sure to take care of all our issues and handled everything very quickly, so it was nice! Wasn't her fault there were the kids/parent issues.

Overall Enjoyable

The unit was lacking for the price. It was very spacious. The pool was very nice and perfect for our toddler. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, and it was nice to have access to the beach service chairs and umbrellas and a washer/dryer in unit. The unit was overall clean, but the shower curtain liner in the master bathroom had mildew/mold on it in multiple places. The unit was very humid and had a wet/humid smell that you noticed every time you walked in - all of our clothes reeked of it when we came home, and we had to rewash everything (including clean clothes) to rid them of the smell. The floors appeared clean, but even on the first day our feet were very dirty from walking barefoot in the room. The unit has an ecobee thermostat. (We were familiar with it as we have one at home.) It is set to not be able to go below 71°, which I understandable for the efficiency of the AC unit, but it is set to default back to 76° at 10pm and 7am. We didn’t notice the first day, and the room was unbearably hot. We noticed in the morning and were able to adjust daily when it happened, but if you weren’t familiar with that type of thermostat, it would make for a lot of uncomfortable nights as that was way too warm for the weather. The beach access is in a very inconvenient location and is too far. We have stayed at other condos in Miramar (for less) and they all have access directly across from them and still offer the included beach service. This one is approx .3 miles away
