The beautifully decorated main bedroom offers true serenity with a king-size bed that's almost like heaven to sleep on. Tired of never having anywhere to plug in? Not here! Powerstrips are thoughtfully provided on each nightstand for all your electronic needs! Cable is included with the flat screen smart-TV.
The en-suite bathroom has a shower and oversized tub with lots of counterspace with plenty of room. Ask Alexa about the weather or to play music while getting ready!

The bunkroom is just before you reach the living room and boasts of things to do from the the arcade style video games hanging on the wall, to the smart tv's at each bunk with your own personal headphones and charging stations. Storage drawers are located below the bunks. A main full bath with standup shower is just off the bunk room. A sliding barn door can be close to provide privacy for the entire space.

Each full bath is stocked with fresh towels, hand soap, neutrogena makeup wipes and Paul Mitchell shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

You will be in awe of the beauty this condo has to offer with stylish wood laminate floors throughout to give that clean modern feel. The upscale light fixtures and all hardware is in an elegant matte black finish.

The well-appointed kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook delicious meals during your stay. The upgraded stainless steel appliances and spacious island make it easy to prepare meals. You’ll also find a Keurig coffee setup with K-cups, creamers and sweeteners, so you can enjoy fresh coffee every morning!

Sit back and relax in the cool comfort of the living room whille enjoying the views through the patio door. Plenty of seating is available on the sofa and the chairs, making this the perfect place to spend time with the whole family. Watch a show on the 65” smart TV, which is also hooked up to cable and a DVD player. When you’re not watching TV, enjoy a good book while listening to music using the Bluetooth soundbar. If you need to get work done during your stay, the fast wifi makes it a breeze.

The kitchen opens up into the living area. You’ll find a charming dining table that comfortably seats four and a bar with barstools with additional seating for four. You’ll love the clean lines, high ceilings, and new furniture for elevating your dining experience.

The kitchen comes equipped with anything you would need to prepare a full course meal or a quick one in the air fryer. Also provided is a magic bullet blender to make you a nice frozen drink to take down to the pool with you. When I say this unit delivers, I mean it delivers :)

This family-friendly space also features children’s dishes and cups, a pack ’n play, games, and a highchair, so you never have to worry about your precious little one.

As you make your way towards the living room you will be in awe of the beautiful view outside of the large patio door. My favorite part stepping out onto the private balcony in the morning with a hot cup of coffee while watching the Gulf sunrise view. Sit back in the rocking chair and plan for the day ahead or just watch the morning unfold. It is truly magical.

The lush, tropical landscaping around the outdoor pool area provides a private resort style feel and is among the best in the area! The 5000sqft infinity style pool features a beach style entry and fountains. During the winter season, you will find the upper portion of the pool is heated.

Surrounded by landscaping, the luxurious outdoor Hot Tub features powerful massage jets and ambient lighting with spacious seating, perfect for taking a relaxing soak with friends after a long day.

The oversized pool surrounding has plenty of lounge chairs and pergolas to escape the sun. Enjoy grilling out with family and friends at the many pavilion areas. Residents and guests are often planning social events and gatherings to grill out and relax at the pool!

This condo is in the perfect location for discovering Destin! Ideally located in a private community on Scenic Gulf Drive, you can feel away from everything while still being close to all the action. Your safety matters. Each guest will receive a personalized lock code that expires at the end of their stay. There is a latch on the inside of door for additional security and child safety.

This property has a Ring camera with audio at the entry door, this will be on at all times but don't worry, it does not look into interior spaces.

The building hallways and pool area are well lit at night. The pool area is secure and requires a key to enter.

A Dollar General is conveniently located on the end of the street for your last minute needs.
There are 4 grocery stores within a few miles. (Publix, Walmart, Whole Foods, Winn Dixie and Fresh Market). Beer, Liquor and Wine are also available at the grocery stores. Most will deliver directly to the property.
The property is also serviced by Door Dash and Uber Eats for those order-in meals.
