Villa mit privatem Garten und Pool, großer Terrasse-Solarium, Pergola

Thanks to Christopher for his encouraging review. It motivates us to keep working hard to offer the best possible stay to our guests.

We thank Anthony for his so nice review. It highly motivates us to keep working hard offering the best possible stay to our guests. We really hope to host again Anthony in future.

It was not only our duty but also our pleasure to recover and deliver to Thian the item she left in the villa. We struggle to give full service to our guests and look forward hosting this lovely group again!.

We thank Rex for his positive review. Just to clarify that we have 600Mb internet which give very quick WiFi to living room, terrace and garden. Also some rooms are well covered but the thick walls typical of a old building are limiting the signal to the more distant rooms. We will study how to increase the coverage to these rooms. The house accommodates seven guests in three double rooms and one single. It is clearly stated in the description.

We really appreciate the motivating words of Laura. She has really enjoyed all we struggle to offer to our guests and we feel plenty of energy to keep working hard. Happy to host guests like her, with good taste to value the place and what we offer.

Thanks to Paul for his review. We sincerely regret his misunderstanding of offering two floors as in the pictures the upper floor is clearly closed (only access to non public roof). We will include extra dishes and glassware, to allow several meals in one dishwasher load. Pool is closed during winter but big terrace and garden are nice to enjoy in most sunny winter days. Thanks again for so many suggestions to enjoy the nice area around the villa

Lovely family and our pleasure to collaborate in making their stay unforgettable. In the villa there are two bathrooms just refurbished, but this is a listed house with strict legal restrictions to make any major change to protect architectural landmarks.

We regret David’s review and the low rating and we do not agree with several of his comments. Anyway we thank him to recognize the positive points of the house, the garden and terrace and the location. We offer our property as a villa because it is an independent house with a private garden and pool. It is located inside the city, with buildings around as usual and, unfortunately, they are working on a building on the other side of a wide avenue, about 60 meters away, which causes some annoying noises which we hope will end soon. Inside the villa the windows are double glazed to minimize the outside noise, even though our villa is inside the city, with the normal noise level during the day and very little noise at night. The location is in a residential area, not in the middle of the tourist area. With reference to the internet, there was a problem in the router, we asked a technician from the supplier to come and fix it but when the technician came, the guest who stayed in the villa did not want to open the door (it was 10:15 in the morning) and by the time the technician returned the guests already checked out. We now have a new router and within the villa there is more than 200MB of internet speed. If the guests had collaborated, the problem would have been solved much sooner.

Bad luck for Roy and his family. They arrived later than they had booked because they had the flu, it was raining and they couldn’t enjoy the outdoors area, and their car was towed away because they parked in an area for disabled people. They are not in the best conditions to appreciate our villa, in which we have been renovating the furniture and it is located in a residential neighborhood, with all the usual services of a medium level, not in the tourist center, as many of our guests appreciate. We believe the price is more than reasonable for a villa that accommodates seven guests, with regular garden and pool professional maintenance and it’s facilities in perfect condition. Guests usually appreciate that it is an original modernist house listed by the authorities, with original flooring, ceilings and colored glass indoors windows. We trust that on their next visit Ray will find better conditions to appreciate the values of our villa

We struggle to offer a perfect stay to our guests and it has been a real pleasure to host Matt and his lovely family. We’ll be more than happy to welcome them again in future!

We thank Marcie for her nice words about our villa and our assistance. Guests are our most important priority. Concerning noise from street, we have had the original windows (kept by law, this is a listed house) fitted by a pro carpenter, we also have double layer window panes (glasses) with chamber and thick fabric curtains, and wood blinds in the outer side. All this reduces considerably the normal noise of the city traffic but we understand some guests are more sensitive than others. We regret the inconvenience suffered by Marcie party.

Clark, Cathy and their family have been very lovely guests and we will be more than happy to host them again in future

Valérie et sa famille on été tres agréables et soigneux avec la maison et on serait très heureux de les recevoir à nouveau dans l'avenir. Fortement recommandés.

Michelle and her lovely family are the guests you always wish to have. They have been perfect in every way and it is very rewarding to read this as a recognition to all our efforts to keep the villa in perfect condition (not easy in a 1904 listed modernist house). They will be welcome again any time!.

Bill and Judy and their family have been lovely guests, from the very first message till their departure. We will certainly miss them and look forward welcoming them in future!. Friendly, carefull with the property, respectful with the rules, great guests to recommend to anyone!.

Merci à Frederic et son famille. A été an vrai plaisir les aqueillir et les aider à faire son séjour inoubliable. Ils on été des invités superbes. Nous serons très heureux de les acqueillir à son retour à notre cité.
