Big Apartment

The apartment was great and the location was ideal being close enough to everything but a little out of the real busy areas. Commutation with Monica was very good and having the washer and dryer was a real bonus. The only small issue we had was regulating the temperature in the showers as it seemed to go from very cold to very hot.

wonderful location and spacious

We had a great stay at this apartment in Barcelona. The location is great- so close to shopping and many restaurants, there are also taxis readily available in this neighborhood as well, super convenient. Our only issue was the hot water was never consistent in the showers, but this was minor. The apartment is huge and gives so much space to spread out, 7 can sleep comfortably but the 2 bathrooms would be tight with that many people in my opinion. The building is very quiet as well. There is a mini mart on the ground floor next door, super easy to pick up waters/snacks etc.... Thank you!

Fantastic Barcelona Visit and Perfect Location

We all had a great time here. The apartment was large enough to accommodate us and was ideally located. Many nice restaurants and so many great things to explore in the beautiful city of Barcelona. One of the best places I have visited. Monica was the best of hosts. We had a few minor questions and issues and she was able to help with everything very quickly. Loved this place and would stay here again.

Great Vacation - Perfect Location

Apartment was great and located in the heart of everything. We were able to walk everywhere and hit all the great highlights of Barcelona. Gluten free bakery across the street was an added bonus. Really enjoyed sitting on the patio with its wide windows. Would definitely stay again if we return to Barcelona.

Great location and very large nice property

This was our first time in Spain and the first place that we stayed. It was a great location very close to the metro but quiet. The layout is very nice with a comfortable sun room. Our only complaint is that we could not get the shower temperature quite right - it was either very hot or cold so there might be a trick to it but we were too busy enjoying the city during the day to even ask about it.

Great place to stay

Apart is in a great location and is clean, quiet and well furnished. My family of 4 were very comfortable here! The apartment is on the second floor but there’s an elevator so you don’t have to walk up the stairs with your bags. Mónica was very helpful with questions we had and even helping my wife find a clinic when she got sick. Would love to stay here again when we return to Barcelona!

PERFECT

First off I want to thank our wonderful host, Monica. She is very thoughtful and makes the check-in/out process super simple. She’s available if you have any questions during your stay, and she is true to her word. The apartment is located in a great location that is safe and central. It’s a 15-minute walk to Las Ramblas and 5 minutes to La Sagrada Familia and Park Guell. Directly under the apartment is a supermercado which is great to buy groceries. The biggest selling point for us, however, was the washer and dryer. My family and I are 7 people and we are taking a 2.5-week long trip through Europe. We stayed here halfway through our trip and were in need of laundry services. It was amazing to be able to wash all of our clothes from the first half of the trip and use for the second half. The only thing that I will comment on is the smell. There is a slight smell of sewer in the apartment because of the drought. However, this was easily remedied by opening the windows and doors and letting the apartment vent. Thank you again to Monica for a wonderful stay!!

Great apartment! Very roomy and comfortable for our family. Seven adults stayed and never got in each others way. Great restaurants and bakeries in walking distance. Balcony was a plus for our great December weather! Took a 40 minute train ride to Sitges-so beautiful!

Monica the owner is very attentive and responsive. Speaks English well. Apartment was clean, and beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were a little small as most of my family is very tall. We had a little problem with the 2 window units not cooling very well, but the others worked great and fans provided cool air. The location was fantastic, many bars and good restaurants. Monica gave some very great recommendations! Still working with VRBO to remedy a glitch regarding our reservation, but nothing on Monica’s end. I would recommend !

Wonderful stay!

My family of six adults enjoyed everything about this place. It was nicely decorated and very comfortable. The check in process was great and communication before our arrival was great as well. We were warmly greeted and given a tour of the place as well as recommendations on where to eat (we ate at one place twice it was so good)and were provided some milk and juice in the refrigerator which was a nice touch. There was a small market right next door that made it easy for us to grab anything we needed. There was an elevator for those not able to, or not wanting to climb the stairs. All the rooms had A/C that worked great. The location was great for all we did as well. Would definately stay here again. Don't hesitate to book!

Great location - easy walking distance of many attractions & bars, restaurants. Bus stop on road of apartment towards beach. Apartment is very spacious, air con in each room. It was lovely to open up the windows on the balcony area in the cool morning. We had an issue with the moka which was replaced immediately and we were able to make & enjoy a coffee. Thank you

Family Fun in Barcelona…

We loved our stay in this Barcelona apartment. Everyone in the family had their own space and the sunroom overlooking the courtyard was a great morning meeting place to start the day. The location was perfect and the host amazing!
