We have taken your maintenance request very seriously and actually sent a maintenance team not on one occasion, but on four different occasions to address the issue you reported. Our goal has always been to solve the problem quickly and effectively for your convenience. We understand that during this process, we recommend that you temporarily avoid using one of the two bathrooms to allow the repair to be properly completed. Unfortunately, we noticed that they decided to use it anyway. This could have caused delays in the repair process and additional difficulties in resolving the situation. Our operational team has been in constant contact with you throughout your stay, and we have sent the operator on several occasions to ensure that his needs were adequately addressed.
