Antonio was a great host. He met us 2 hours before the check in time so we could drop off our luggage. The location was perfect for us. Would highly recommend!

I have not been able to meet Chad and Erin because I was not in Barcelona, but we have easily communicated. They have been very careful with my apartment and have left clean and tidy. They have also complied with established house rules. It would be a pleasure to host them again in my apartment on their next visit to Barcelona.

Great location

My family of four had a lovely time here. It is very close to Sagrada Familia and our boys enjoyed playing in the parks around there. Antonio was kind to meet us early for check in. It was a great base for exploring Barcelona.

Fantastic location and perfectly appointed apartment

We loved how close and convenient this apartment is to everything while also in a quiet street. The apartment has everything needed for our stay - laundry, full sized refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave and oven/stove top.

My husband I stayed at this apartment for a week while visiting our daughter. We really enjoyed the apartment. It is very charming and in a great location with a view of the Sagrada Familia. It was definitely spacious enough for the two of us. The owner of the property was very responsive and made check in easy. He even let us drop off our luggage before check in time since we arrived early, which was really appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful apartment in the Sagrada Familia

Antonio’s apartment was perfect for our week's long stay in Barcelona. It’s beautifully decorated and well equipped. The apartment is located near la Sagrada Familia and an easy walk to the Hospital de Sant Pau. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Lovely and perfect for our get away!

Location is wonderful and it is lovely to appreciate Sagrada Familia on each short walk to the metro. Perfect for a single, couple, or even a couple with a baby like us! Antonio kindly provided a portable crib for our 6 month old son. Very clean and cozy apartment. Would certainly stay again! Of course there is some noise being in the city, but it was not loud or bothersome.

The perfect little apartment!

This cute and well-thought out apartment was perfect for my daughter and me during our 6 night stay in Barcelona. The layout was perfect for us. Check in was a breeze. We had an issue with the coffee maker and Antonio came by and replaced it. The location was great with many little food markets and patisseries near by. Easy walking distance to the metro. I would recommend this property.

Great stay near the Sagrada

My husband and I stayed here during the last week of April. We appreciated the efficient way in which the owner responded to our request for accommodation and subsequent follow-up e-mails. We were grateful that we were able to check in early. Antonio's friend Jessica who met us was friendly and helpful too. The apartment was perfect for our needs. Very comfortable and clean. We loved the cute layout. We liked the location and found a number of good restaurants nearby.

WHAT'S NOT TO LIKE?

Antonio has gone to great lengths to make one's stay as comfortable and worry-free as possible. The location is great, the apartment is well-stocked, clean and attractive. We were there for five nights and most days cooked one or two meals. There are numerous food stores in the area. The neighborhood seems safe and taxis are not difficult to find. For a couple or small family this is the place to stay while in Barcelona.

Great apartment!

We so enjoyed our stay in Antonio's charming apartment. We loved the authentic details of the ceiling beams and original tile floors plus two balconies and a lift. It even has a view of the Sagrada Familia and the nearby metro stop makes it convenient to get anywhere. It is quite a busy neighborhood but with the insulated windows closed it is peaceful inside. The tasteful furnishings and roomy closets make this a wonderful accommodation to explore Barcelona. Michaelann & Rob California

Love this place!!!

This apartment is tastefully decorated and had everything my husband and I needed for 5 nights. The location is so convenient! Bus and train stops were just a block or two away. We walked to the Sagrada every evening. :) Great restaurants on every block. The street below was busy, but the apartment was quiet. The owner was very attentive. We would definitely stay here again.

Sagrado Fam stay

Owner nice. He no sooner asked for your arrival hour than asked when you were leaving. Location: 2 blocks from Sagrada Famila. Street noise a problem, too loud to sleep. Washer/dryer perfect! Elevator worked fine.

Silvia, I was surprised by your comment regarding noise. Several years ago the windows were replaced with anti-noise ones. The other guests have commented that they do not hear the noise from the street thanks to those windows

Quiet apartment 2mins walk from Sagrada Familia

We stayed for a week in December. The apartment was very well located near and with an angled view of the Sagrada Familia (it was great having that as our neighbour to revisit on the way home from other adventures). The apartment was perfectly suitable for a couple and the lift access was a bonus. It was warm and quiet and an easy walk to transport options. Would happily recommend it if the Sagrada is a key reason for visiting Barcelona. It was a little bit too touristy for us and the local food options are average. But the ease of transport options made that a small price to pay.

Antonio was extremely helpful and thoughtful host. He provided me with all the information that I needed. The place is situated on a quiet street and yet only 5 minutes walking distance to Sagrada Familia and metro station. Convenience stores are just downstairs with late closing hours. The place is beautiful, spacious and comfortable. It is equipped with everything. The whole place just made me feel at ease. All in all, everything was perfect as it seemed online in the photos. I would definitely recommend to stay here.

Sagrada almost next door!

Antonio answered immediately and helped us find our way to apartment by taxi. The location is near the metro —very easy to use!—and Sagrada is a block away—but a mile or more from most other sights. Missed having an information book in the apartment with instructions for trash, recycling, dishwasher, washer-dryer, etc and about places to eat, to see, and what to do at checkout. We figured it out, but that information material would have been most welcome. The bakery next door is great, and we enjoyed seeing the Sagrada Família out our window.

Hello Lindi, Thanks for your recommendations that help me improve. The instructions of all the machines are in the TV cabinet. I explain to all my guests how to do the recycling of the garbage and where to throw it. Anyway, I will write those rules to leave them in my apartment for the guests to consult them

Sunny, Charming and Quiet Apartment

It's location is steps away from many restaurants and a taxi stand. Beautiful gated front door and elevator access to 3rd floor (us). We found the building to be very quiet as is the street and neighborhood. It has 2 small balconies with doors that can be opened and accessed. These windows are very sound proofing. Buildings on the street have beautiful architecture. Plentiful sunshine in the afternoon. King size bed and ample storage with cleaning supplies/paper goods etc. Nespresso Machine with coffee etc. Multiple comfortable seating areas and Kitchen was a good size space with supplies for 4. We would recommend this for long stays due do the ample space and amenities and ease to every service you would need. The exposed brick ceiling was exceptional and added to the uniqueness along with Spanish inspired tile floors.
