Eine warme Farbpalette aus Eiweiß und dunklen Tönen. Diese 70 m2 große Suite mit einem Schlafzimmer und einem Badezimmer befindet sich im 4. Stock und verfügt über ein Erkerfenster, in dem Sie bei einem Glas Cava in aller Ruhe lesen können. Barcelona liegt Ihnen buchstäblich zu Füßen.
Antike Elemente wie die französischen Fenster und die Schiebetür, die das Erkerfenster vom Wohnzimmer trennt, wurden in ihrer alten Pracht wiederhergestellt.
Glattes, dunkles Holz setzt einen raffinierten Akzent in der offenen Küche, die alles bietet, was ein Feinschmecker sich nur wünschen kann: High-End-Geräte und eine clevere Nutzung eines kompakten Raums.

The balcony drew us to book and did not disappoint!Rooms were quiet, comfortable and the location such that easy access to shopping and good restaurants served us well. La Rumba is a short walk as is the open market, both “musts” for visitors. We hope to return.

The apartment is lovely with beautiful an antique wooden front door, antique wooden sliding doors to the enclosed balcony for privacy and light control, and antique privacy shutters covering the exterior window. Simple, tasteful furnishings and well-equipped kitchen. It's centrally located and convenient to transportation. It's peaceful to sit on the balcony and watch the people pass below. There's a shared rooftop garden with lounge chairs. I would absolutely stay here again!

Spacious apartment—perfect location!

A beautifully appointed and very spacious apartment. All the major amenities were provided and we appreciated the added bonus of the rooftop terrace. Location is simply perfect. Management staff and s excellent and communication with them was easy and responses were speedy.

One of the best stays...

We rent apartments all the time. This is one of the best. A real person to check you in. Cool old building. Super clean and well stocked. Access to roof top, but you don't need it as huge windows open up to create what feels like an outdoor sitting area for yourself. Would absolutely stay again.

Old world charm in bustling Barcelona

We enjoyed our stay in the Finn apartment. We felt very safe in the restored building and enjoyed the very quaint lift each day. The apartment air conditioning was a real plus, as were the bay windows. We relaxed and watched the passing parade going to and from La Rambla and Placa de Catalunya only metres away. The apartment was close to buses and various metro stations. We would stay again.

Five Days in Barcelona

We had a wonderful stay at Apartment Finn. The property is centrally located and walkable to most of the city’s sites. It is clean, has all of the necessary amenities, and is easily large enough for a couple. We enjoyed sitting by the bay window late afternoon and early morning and loved that we could bring breakfast in from the bakery next store. We especially loved the fresh oranges and juicer so we could have fresh OJ in the morning. The staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. This place is a real treasure!

excellent base to explore Barcelona

Apartment Finn is a lovely apartment, just a block or two from the Placa de Catalunya, and so basically right at the spot where the Eixample and Gothic Quarter neigborhoods meet. The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable holiday stay, including a kitchen, washer/dryer, comfortable bed, great air conditioning, shower with good water pressure and temperature, and best of all, a bay window alcove (with windows that open, if you would like fresh air) where we enjoyed coffee every morning and cocktails every evening of our 3-night stay. The apartment was very quiet - no noise from street or neighbors. Check in/check out and communication with the host were trouble free and easy. We highly recommend this apartment and will gladly stay here again when we are next in Barcelona.

Wonderful apartment and location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay -- apartment is conveniently located, close to metro and within walking distance to many sights. Easy access to Aerobus stop as well. The apartment was very comfortable, had everything we needed and the sleeping quarters were quiet. We appreciated the fruit, coffee, water that were there on our arrival, as well as the large fluffy towels! We loved sitting in the balcony sunroom, gazing out the windows and having a glass of wine (or two). The check in/out process was easy and smooth. We arrived a little bit before our apartment was ready, but were able to stash our bags and head out for coffee. Checking out was equally easy; just left the keys on the apartment table before leaving. We hope we might able to return some day!

Perfect!

Everything was perfect about our stay at the Finn apartment. Location, views from the windows, cleanliness, comfortable bed, and the décor were amazing. Our hostess greeted us upon arrival and explained how everything worked. The whole check in process was quick and smooth. We had everything we needed provided for us, including coffee and tea. Having the washer and dryer was also very helpful (detergent provided). I loved how close to everything we were - great restaurants (so many vegan places within walking distance!), la rambla, barri gotic, cathedral, picasso musem, that we rarely had to take a taxi or metro to get to all the major tourist destinations. And because the apartment is located on the upper floor we didn't experience much noise during the night, even though it's on a busy street. I can't wait to come back!

We stayed in this Destination BCN location last year in an identical apartment on a lower floor. We loved it so much we didn't even consider looking at other apartments and returned this year. The apartment is very large, clean, well maintained, nice modern decoration, comfortable, with all the appliances and amenities one would want. There is an elevator. Communication with the host is very easy with quick responses. The location of the apartment is perfect. This was our fifth trip to Barcelona. We stayed in several other locations but love this one the best. For tourists, you can easily walk to all the top tourist destinations. If you want to venture a bit further, most of Barcelona's metro lines are just steps away. The buses are fantastic as well; the bus from Barceloneta drops you right at the front door! Whenever we return to Barcelona, there is no doubt that we would stay here again.

This was a perfect apartment for 2 adults to enjoy Barcelona. We were near multiple metro lines and could easily travel around the city, but far enough from the crowds to enjoy some tranquil moments resting in the VERY charming bay window where we could watch the city life below us and enjoy views of the architecture on nearby building roofs. What really set this property apart from other rentals we have enjoyed was that every inch of the place was so clean and the hosts were so buttoned up with the amenities. Information was provided on all aspects of managing the stay (washer, dishwasher, trash, etc) in an easy to read format. They provided coffee, tea, and bottled water to get us started. Also, there was dishwasher detergent, dish soap, salt, pepper, shampoo, paper towels, toilet paper, and 3 sets of very plush towels for our 5 day stay. It was such a pleasure to deal with hosts who have given so much thought to making our stay comfortable. If we return to Barcelona, I would not consider staying anywere else!
