Quite and quick access to the beach

We had a wonderful time at the beach. The location was just across the street from the beach. The beach was nice and quite and we had a great time. Clean, everything we needed was there.

Spring Break 2023

We came down for spring break. The location was perfect! On the quiet end but still close to everything. We had the beach to ourselves which was nice! The condo was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. The check in and out process was so simple! We will definitely be back!!

Hidden Gem!!

We stayed at this property for Memorial Day weekend and had the best time. The condo is directly across the street from private beach access and between the two tourist sides of Rosemary and PCB, so each time we went we were always the first ones there with no crowds. The condo was very clean. If you are thinking about it, book it!

Nice property within walking distance to the beach. Unit was clean and well stocked with supplies and linens. Blew a fuse during our stay and had to call maintenance and wait several hours to get access to the breaker box which is located behind a locked door.

Great location, easy beach access

The property was very clean and is right across the street from the beach. The neighbors are also very friendly. The only downfall is that we were unaware the surrounding units were under construction. It wasn’t a huge deal, but would have been nice to know ahead of time. Thank you for allowing us to stay here and we look forward to coming back!

Great house and location

House was perfect for mine and my sisters family. It was in a great location and neighbors were friendly. Only complaint is the bed in the guest room is not A Queen, it is a full. There’s no way my 6’4, 250 lb. guy was gonna fit in a full sized bed with me lol. We made it work however and our stay was very enjoyable.

Loved the beach!

We enjoyed our stay at Sunnyside on the Gulf. The townhouse was adorable and it seemed like they have gone through a recent renovation. It had everything we needed, the check in was easy and we loved how close we were to the beach. The parking is right outside the door; which was super convenient. We literally felt like we had our own beach while we were there. The Gulf was perfect and we enjoyed our beach time! The only downside was, the outside of the building is going through a renovation. There was someone working on our deck when we arrived. And there were workers and work equipment all over the front lawn, so we didn't feel like we could enjoy the upstairs deck, nor could we keep the blinds open for the view, since there were often guys working outside. Turns out the guys working were owners of the other units and they were super nice, it's just the construction made it less than ideal. I assume they will be done shortly and I feel sure it will look great when they are completed.

No hot water and no doorknob

Upon arriving we realized that there was no hot water in the unit at all. I notified management of the issue and was assured it would be rectified shortly. The next day we followed up again, and again another email assuming us it would be fixed, still nothing. The guest bedroom was also missing a doorknob on the inside of the br. This caused one guest to be LOCKED INSIDE the bedroom for over 30 minutes until someone let her out. We also informed management about this issue on the first day of arrival. We stayed for 3 nights and no one came to fix the issues until our last day. However, there was still no hot water in the master bath or the kitchen the entire time. We reached out to the property manager, nothing. These places think they can just do whatever they feel like and collect your money 3 months ahead of time with no repercussions. This is the only thing left to do is write a negative review.

Lovely place to stay

This place was a wonderful place to stay. It had everything you needed for the beach and grills for cooking out . The pool was nice to have when the double flags were out at the beach. We enjoyed our time here and look forward to staying here again.

Weekend getaway

Good experience. Location was great, short drive to Pier Park and beach access right across the road. Beach area was not crowded like in PCB.
