Nur wenige Schritte von den schönsten Stränden der Welt und faszinierenden Sonnenuntergängen entfernt. Fabulous Strandhaus direkt gegenüber vom schönen smaragdgrünen Wasser und Zuckersand des West End. Wir sind nur ca. 200 Schritte zum Strand.

Hauptgeschoss: großer offener Grundriss, voll ausgestattete Küche, Esszimmer mit 10 Sitzplätzen. Direkt neben der Küche, ein Queen-Master-Schlafzimmer mit einem vollen privaten Bad, das es bequem für Frühaufsteher oder ältere Menschen. Als zusätzlichen Bonus enthält der Gemeinschaftsbereich ein Bad und eine komplette Wäscherei.

Im Obergeschoss: Master-Suite mit Kingsize-Bett und eigenem Bad mit einem privaten Innen- und Außenbereich. Es gibt zwei zusätzliche Queen-Schlafzimmer (eines mit zwei Queen-Betten) und (eines mit einem Doppelbett). Beide Schlafzimmer teilen sich das 2. Badezimmer im Obergeschoss.

Im Freien: Überdachte Veranda im Erdgeschoss und überdachter Balkon im Obergeschoss. Hinterhof ist mit einem Lagerschuppen umzäunt, der 4 Stühle für den Strand, einen Regenschirm, einen Propangrill, zwei Fahrräder, ein wenig Fischausrüstung und einige Wasserspielzeuge für Kinder einschließen wird.

We loved this house. The owner is extremely responsive and accommodating. The set up is very comfortable. The decor is great and not cluttered like some houses we’ve stayed at in the past. The kitchen is well stocked with useful items. Lots of beach chairs and a couple of umbrellas to use on the beach, so we didn’t have to bring our own. There is a grill, picnic table and shed in the backyard. We will stay here again if it available. Thanks again for being so responsive.

This home is lovely. The decor is beautiful. House is very clean with comfortable chairs and large comfy beds. The walk to the beach is quick and easy even with kids. The shed in back is filled with chairs, toys, and 4 bikes. We loved having the extra beach wagon to use along with ours. Really great stay with a great host to communicate with. The area was quiet and beach not crowded even on the holiday weekend. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Fantastic Rental Property

We loved our stay here and highly recommend to families wanting a great get away! The kitchen is fully stocked for anyone wanting to be able to cook meals for the family and return to the beach instead of going out to eat. Perfect Budget Home

Great place for a a large family stay. Me and my family (Fiancé, me, mother, father, brother and his wife and 4 yr old and 2 yr old, and sister and her husband stayed here a week. Great place for a large family to have individual rooms for privacy on a budget. Short walk to the an amazing under crowded public beach access. Away from the condo madness but close enough to get to restaurants and sites with little trouble. Great family friendly area. 10/10 would recommend will most likely book here in the future.

Great house with easy walk to the beach

250 steps to the beach is no lie. What a great location and close to Rosemary Beach for dining and a Publix for groceries without any traffic jams. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. Note: the master bedroom upstairs is bigger than what appears in the photos. This is the first time I have used VRBO and Donna promptly answered all my questions. i would stay here again. Dining suggestions are Shades Bar and Grill (not your typical bar food), Amici's Pizza and the Canopy Road cafe for breakfast.

Great house/location for those wanting to RELAX

New Year Family Vacation

We had a lovely, multi-generational stay that was perfect for the whole family. It was an easy walk to the beach and perfect for both my 85-year-old grandmother and 3-year-old kids. If you enjoy the Sunnyside area of PCB and are looking for plenty of space and relaxation for less than ten people, I highly recommend this property.

Everything went smooth. Easy to contact the owner and was quick to reply. We left some pictures and she was quick to send a message about the pictures. Perfect trip

This place was great. Very clean and had all the amenities we were looking for in a house. Donna and Rick were great communicating an issue with the dryer before we arrived and always responded in a timely fashion with any questions we had. This house accommodated us perfectly! Me and my fiancé came here with our friends and the house was a great space for all us to enjoy and also have our own private space. The house is beautiful and close to the beach. The shed has so many chairs and other goodies that we were able to use/take to the beach. Donna was quick with answering any questions.
