Wir erlauben einen frühen Check-in bis 11:00 Uhr am Anreisetag, wenn am vorherigen Tag keine Buchungen vorgenommen wurden. Check-out bis 14.00 Uhr, wenn keine angrenzenden Tage Buchungen. Ansonsten ist es 15 Uhr Check-In und 10 Uhr Check-Out.

Dieses Haus befindet sich in der geschlossenen Wohnanlage La Valencia an der Front Beach Road. Es ist eine sichere und ruhige Gemeinde mit beleuchtetem Tennisplatz. Das La Valencia bietet einen eigenen privaten Zugang zum Strand und einen Pool direkt am Strand, der ausschließlich den Gästen von La Valencia vorbehalten ist. Zugang zum Strand und zum Pool sind nur 3 Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt.

A fortnight stay in this lovely cottage, we probably stay longer than your average guest. So a change of towels and sheets would have been nice. Parking outside the cottage or on the road is available. The cottage is quiet, warm (maybe a little too warm in the summer) especially in the bedroom. I am 5ft 4inches and the bedroom and bathroom beams in the ceiling are very low for me, so be warned if you are tall. The mattress is very soft and not for anyone with any back issues. The kitchen has all the equipment you may require, but a simple welcome pack may be nice (like milk) as the nearest shop is five miles away. The cottage information was very brief and the restaurants and pubs outdated as a number of them had closed a few years ago. A refresh of this In for some would be helpful, with some local tourist information would be a nice touch. The area is full of great places to visit, and there are some lovely walks just outside the door, so a great place to visit.

Wonderful Fall Break

Everything from the communication before arriving to helpful tips for the stay was great! We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this convenient location. It's close enough to "the action" of Pier Park without being in the middle of it all. This was our third stay in this beautiful home and we greatly appreciated the beach service this trip!

Everything was wonderful, bed was soooo comfortable. Great location for beach. So nice to just walk and not have to drive. Grandchildren loved their space and adults loved all the outdoor spaces as well. You can’t go wrong staying here. 5 stars for every aspect.

One of the best!

My family and I stayed during the week of the 4th of July, so PCB was insanely busy but not here! This location is about 15 minutes west of the PCB pier and craziness, a very quiet neighborhood. The pictures of this townhome don't do it justice, its much bigger in person. Starters of everything, beds were super comfy, amazing water pressure and having the 4 chairs and umbrellas set up on the beach every day was icing on the cake. We stay in a lot of vacation rentals and can honestly say this is one of the best we've ever stayed in!

Family Fall Break

This is the second stay at this location for us. It is a great location with an easy walk to the beach. The house is well stocked, clean, and a beautiful place to rest and hang out. We absolutely loved this home. It was close enough to PCB but not too close. It’s in a quite neighborhood and only a 3 minute walk to the beach. The owners were extremely helpful and responsive to all our questions. We look forward to booking this home again for our next PCB trip!

This home is beautiful! The owners are very friendly & make you feel like they really care wether you are having a nice time or not. They checked in on us and even offered to let us use their personal beach items! They were always available & ready with any suggestions. Wonderful place to enjoy the beach!

This was a great rental for my family! Five of us (three adults and two kids) stayed and were very comfortable. The house is clean, comfortable, and well decorated. The neighborhood is well-maintained with lots of friendly people. The short walk to the beach was no problem and the pool overlooks the beach - it was so nice and not crowded. We had no trouble finding a place on the beach each day we were there. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Property

Everything was absolutely perfect with our stay. I highly recommend this property! Communication wasn't necessarily during our stay as everything was perfect, but the owner checked in with us and responded promptly to our questions. The beach chair setup being included is a super bonus. Would definitely stay at this property again, the house is very up to date and plenty of room. This is our second time staying in La Valencia Circle and this is our favorite beach vacation spot.

Excellent time at La Valencia & Sea Otter

Great 3 bedroom house in La Valencia, good communication from owner Matt, love that this place had necessaries like garbage bags, toilet paper, coffee & filters, etc., and had some unexpected perks like 2 bicycles, beach chairs, tennis rackets, beach toys, etc. All in all, it was a great experience!

Beautiful house

This house was the perfect size and location from the beach. It was a short 3 minute walk. The house had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The bikes were great, just wish there were two more but it’s nothing that we couldn’t bring. The owners were great, easily accessible, and easy to work with. Definitely a great place and the beach is beautiful!!

Perfect location. We greatly appreciated the chairs and umbrellas on the beach! The house is beautiful with lots of attention to detail. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The soaps and shampoos were a pleasant touch. The outside yard was wonderful for after-beach relaxing. The beds were SO comfortable. No problems whatsoever this vacation! Family Spring Break Vacation

My family and I had a wonderful spring break at the Sea Otter! We have three children - ages 15, 13, and 9 and this place was perfect! Beautifully decorated, very clean, comfortable beds, plenty of space, three full bathrooms, private neighborhood, and plenty of added amenities! The beach chair/umbrella service was great! My kids loved riding the bikes in the neighboorhood and playing tennis too. Really liked the private neighboorhood and easy walk to the beach and pool. Hosts are fantastic - great communication and easy check in/out. Highly recommend this property!

GREAT PLACE!! Matt is a great host!

We stayed here for a week in July, I cannot say enough great things about this place. First off Matt went above and beyond communicating with me and making sure everything was great and any questions I had he was very quick to respond and help. There were two families that stayed here, a total of 8 of us and this place was more than spacey for us. Very comforting home feel, with lots of amenities. We never for a second felt over crowded or anything. It is a very short, maybe 3 minute walk to the beach. The beach chairs and umbrellas being included with the price was more than worth it!! It was so great to have a pool right by the beach, the kids loved swimming in that at times instead of the beach. We will recommend this place to anybody we know going anywhere close to PCB or Destin. We will for sure stay here again. Thank you Matt for the great hospitality.

Another great trip to Panama City Beach

This is our 4nd trip to Panama City. Our second times at "Sea Otter". It's a lovely, spacious home just steps from the beach. A very nice gated community. Numerous trips to Cancun, Puerto Rico, cruises , and our children now refuse to go anywhere else, Panama City is beautiful . Just one complete! The maid service arrived 40 minutes before check out and come in the house, we defiantly felt rushed. We will see you again soon. Matt & Stacey C

Great time

Beautifully updated property and felt like home right away. All the extras you could ask for. Loved the private bathrooms for all parties. Pros: Good neighbors, perfectly prepared home and just a short walk to the beach. Owners where super responsive and very friendly. Cons: Hot tub is for owners only(bad weather played into this). Beach side pool is not heated. Cons seem petty but that was based on our time of season. I have already referred two families from my office to check this place out. We bought this home in 2018 after much debate on where to buy. This is one of the best neighborhoods in PCB. We love this neighborhood since it is very quiet with a lot of privacy. It is close to 30A but without the crowds. We both work full time and live in Winchester, TN. So this is our home away from home that we hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.
