In diesem Herbst werden Renovierungsarbeiten an der Außenseite des Grand Tower durchgeführt. Bitte rufen Sie das Büro an, um weitere Informationen zu erhalten. Eine Eigentumswohnung mit 1 Schlafzimmer und 1 Bad befindet sich im 4. Stock unseres Grand Tower. Von diesem Gerät aus haben Sie einen teilweisen Blick auf den schönen Golf von Mexiko. Um den Sarasota County Fire Code einzuhalten, können in unseren Ein-Schlafzimmer-Einheiten maximal 4 Personen übernachten. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit zwei Queensize-Betten und einem 26-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher ausgestattet. Auf dem Queensize-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer können die Gäste mit einem 42-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher mit HD-Service schlafen. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewannen- / Duschkombination. Die Küche ist komplett mit Granitoberflächen ausgestattet und verfügt über die notwendigen Kochutensilien: Töpfe / Pfannen, Geschirr, Besteck, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und Keurig-Kaffeemaschine. Die Wohnung hat Fliesen im gesamten. Es ist wunderschön eingerichtet mit einer abgeschirmten Terrasse und der spektakulärsten Aussicht auf den Golf von Mexiko.

On the beach in the tower

Overall, we enjoyed our stay on the beautiful Siesta Key beach. The condo was more than adequate with a great view of the beach. My only concerns were no easy access to restrooms and no options for food or drink at or near the beach or pool.

Palm Bay Club

A view to the south along the Gulf beach was just beautiful. Pool on the intercoastal was delightful. This time of year is a great time to visit. My wife and I couldn't be more oleased with our stay at the Palm Bay Club.

Great location

I stayed in the tower on the beach. I thoroughly enjoy my morning coffee on the balcony looking at the ocean. The tower sits right on the beach. A couple min walk to access the free trolley. I will be back

Great location!

We were very happy with the location, everything was close by. Very satisfied with the condition of the unit. One of the beds was a bit uncomfortable ( a king bed would be great) there was some construction being done, and one of the elevators in the tower was not working. Beautiful beach location, would definitely stay here again!!!
