Diese dritte Etage 1 Schlafzimmer 1 1/2 Badezimmer Eigentumswohnung befindet sich auf der Gulf Side unseres Eigentums. FĂŒr Ihre Bequemlichkeit gibt es einen gerĂ€umigen Aufzug. Aufgrund seiner zentralen Lage ist es nur ein kurzer Spaziergang zu unserem weißen Sandstrand, den TennisplĂ€tzen, dem Pool und den Holzkohlegrills. Um dem Sarasota County Fire Code zu entsprechen, sind unsere Ein-Schlafzimmer-Einheiten fĂŒr maximal vier Personen geeignet. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einem 32-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer verfĂŒgt ĂŒber einen 42-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher und ein Ausziehsofa in voller GrĂ¶ĂŸe. Das Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne / Dusche-Kombination. Die KĂŒche ist voll ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie zum Kochen benötigen - Töpfe / Pfannen, Geschirr, Besteck, Toaster und Kaffeemaschine. Die Wohnung ist komplett gefliest. Die komfortabel eingerichtete Terrasse ist abgeschirmt, so dass Sie und Ihre Familie die herrliche tropische Brise genießen können.

First Resort Back in Business After Hurricanes

All the resorts on the Florida Gulf were hit hard by several storms last year with high water. The ground floor of this resort was flooded with three feet of water. Those units are stripped to the studs up to four feet. They are working hard to get them refurbished. That said, the pool was heated to a lovely temperature, and the resort has its own section of Siesta Beach. We had a lovely stay (on the third floor!)

Palm Bay is a nice property in a good location. Our only complaint is the BBQ grills are charcoal only and only a few of them. Gas would be much preferred for vacationers.

Wonderful place for a getaway

Beautiful grounds and on the beach. Had everything that we needed. However no ceiling fans/lights. We had to go out and purchase a large fan to move the air around, just our personal preferences. Overall a great place to stay. The beds were very comfortable.

One thing that I wish we had known is that the elevators were out. I would have requested a change if another unit was available. Stairs are can be challenging for me and we were on the 3rd floor. BUT that was the ONLY concern. We love SK and Palm Bay and hope to return in the future!

The beach staff was great and would bring chairs out for us. Security (Charlie?) was very helpful when we lost set of car keys! Much appreciated!
