Diese Eigentumswohnung im zweiten Stock mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern befindet sich auf der Golfseite unseres Grundstücks. Aufgrund seiner zentralen Lage ist es nur ein kurzer Spaziergang zu unserem weißen Sandstrand, den Tennisplätzen, dem Pool und den Holzkohlegrills. Diese Wohnung hat alles, was Sie brauchen, um Ihren Siesta Key Urlaub zu genießen. Um dem Brandschutzgesetz von Sarasota County zu entsprechen, bieten unsere Einheiten mit zwei Schlafzimmern Platz für maximal sechs Personen. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Queensize-Betten mit einem 37-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher und das Gästezimmer über ein Kingsize-Bett mit einem 40-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher mit HD-TV-Service. Das schöne Hauptbadezimmer verfügt über eine ebenerdige Dusche und das Gästebad über eine Kombination aus Dusche und Badewanne. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einem großen 55-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher mit FIOS HD-TV-Service ausgestattet. Die geräumige Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie zum Kochen benötigen - Töpfe / Pfannen, Geschirr, Besteck, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und Keurig-Kaffeemaschine. Die Wohnung ist komplett gefliest. Die Terrasse wurde für mehr Platz in das Wohnzimmer integriert und verfügt über Schiebefenster, durch die Sie und Ihre Familie unsere wunderschöne tropische Brise genießen können.

No beach view, but great stay. Easy walk to private beach, free hop on hop off pick up right outside gate. Great room, felt very comfortable. Would 100% stay again.

There was no view of the beach but that was OK. It was clean. Worked great for us. Locations was great, close to the beach. Lovely property with pretty palm trees. Unit could use some updating but had plenty of room for 4 people.

We hadn’t ever stayed at Palm Bay-gulf side but had stayed one time on the bay side. As we have gotten older, 4 of us wanted our own rooms and we found 2 condos close together in this complex.

Reviewer Comments: This condo was great for what we needed, which was basically a place to sleep that was close to the beach. The unit was clean and exactly as advertised, but the middle units in these buildings are a bit dark, only having the windows on either end (one over the sink and the sliders at the other end of the living area). This particular unit has an enclosed balcony, which means there is no outside area to speak of. In our case, we were at the beach or with family lots of the time and just needed a spot to land each evening so it worked out fine.

Steak BBQ on the beach was great. Free ride service on the island was perfect for getting around. Just a few complaints: the water pressure in the master bedroom shower was very poor, the drapes in all rooms were a bit dusty, the screen door at front entrance was rather banged up. Other than those minor items, we absolutely enjoyed our stay and plan to return.

This unit was adequate however not as well maintained as past units (water damage in kitchen cabinets). The front bedroom was also loud late in the evening due to a large group of high school students on spring break. Overall we will return to Palm Bay Club as we love it, just not this unit.

Paid way to much for a 2⭐️ Unit

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was very disappointed with this unit. They had a lock on a/c so we couldn’t turn it down and it was uncomfortable to be in there and sleep. There were also little bugs all over the counters the first day we were there and no matter how much we wiped them down they kept coming back. There were broken chairs in the unit by the large windows/doors to so we couldn’t sit in them. Also when we tried to watch tv most of the channels cut in and out and we couldn’t watch them. The pressure of the shower was not very powerful and annoying when trying to get sand off. We were very happy with the location of this property and how close we were to the beach. We were able to walk to the beach and the pool and the outside was well maintained. Besides the bad red tide we enjoyed Siesta Key.
