We had a wonderful time, the apartment was well situated close to the beach and big enough for 6 people. The main bathroom and kitchen needs to be remodeled, they are old and doesn’t complement the rest of the apartment. Also the outdoor furniture need to be replaced the chair pillows.

We stayed at Palm Bay Club with our family for a spring break trip along with other students from our child's high school. The resort was very pleasant - amazing beach access and great pools and pickleball. The condo had everything we needed to comfortably fit our family of 6 for the week. Although we did not use it, the closets were stocked with beach equipment like an umbrella, etc. The resort provides free beach loungers and chairs on a first-come first-serve basis, as well as beach towels.These amenities were much appreciated since we flew to Sarasota rather than driving.

Excellent stay in excellent location

Condo is in a prime location just couple minutes walk from the excellent beach, clean and comfortable for four people to stay and enjoy. Communication with the owner was easy and prompt and a staff at the front office was very friendly and helpful. Very happy with the stay.

Property was clean and as listed. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our only small issue was the door lock was a little fussy and some of those parking spots are a little tight!

Comfortable and pleasant

We had a pleasant stay at this condo. It was a well stocked condo with plenty of dishes, ice maker, towels, and even beach chairs to use, although we rented beach Cabanas while we were there.

As described. Beautiful beach.

Condo was described well. Everything we needed (except coffee filters and paper towels. I’d recommend bringing). Plenty of towels for our family of six. Easy walk to beautiful beach. Lots of amenities. Pool was warm and uncrowded. Loved it.

Nice unit and great property

Reviewer Comments: We were overall happy with the unit we stayed in but it is in need of some freshing up in terms of painting and a good cleaning of the tile floors.The kitchen was well equipped which is important for an extended stay like we did. Also could use some nicer blankets for the beds as it was a little cold in January.

The condo buildings had improvements done, and its great that the beach is raked and spotless every morning. A nice service that the chairs are delivered to your tent or spot; also that rentals are available for tents, umbrellas, and cabanas.
