Diese neu renovierte Eigentumswohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern befindet sich auf der Bayside unseres Grundstücks. Das Bayside verfügt über einen Pool, einen Whirlpool, einen Angelsteg und Holzkohlegrills. Es ist auch nur ein kurzer Spaziergang zum Teil der Golfseite unseres Anwesens, der über einen weiteren Pool, zwei Tennisplätze und unseren weißen Sandstrand verfügt. In Übereinstimmung mit dem Sarasota County Fire Code können in unseren zwei Schlafzimmern maximal sechs Personen übernachten. Das komfortabel eingerichtete Hauptschlafzimmer ist mit einem Kingsize-Bett ausgestattet. Das Gästezimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und ein Etagenbett mit einem großen Bett unten und zwei Einzelbetten oben. Beide Schlafzimmer haben 32 "-Flachbildfernseher für Ihre Unterhaltung, während das Wohnzimmer einen 40" -Flachbildfernseher hat
 Flachbildfernseher mit FIOS HD-TV-Service. Beide Bäder verfügen über Badewannen- / Duschkombinationen. Die neu renovierte Küche verfügt über Granitarbeitsplatten und Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl. Es ist voll ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie zum Kochen benötigen - Töpfe / Pfannen, Geschirr, Besteck, Toaster und eine Kaffeemaschine. Die Wohnung verfügt über Fliesen. Es gibt auch eine komfortabel eingerichtete Außenterrasse, auf der Sie und Ihre Familie die warme tropische Brise genießen können.

Second time staying at the Palm Bay club. We love the location and the pools. The pool on the bay side is amazing! The rooms are spacious and clean. The beach is wonderful and we love having the chairs delivered for free! Our only complaint is the elevator sounds horrible and we were afraid to take it. We could also use some better amenities left from room service.

The beds were comfortable but the rooms did seem to not cool off as much as the rest of the unit. I love that it came with beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas. No need to rent umbrellas because the unit had two. It is a bit of a walk to the beach but they also give you a parking pass if you want to drive to the beach. Midnight Pass is a busy road but I liked how there was a light and pedestrian walk right in front of the resort. This made it easy for the kids to come and go. The pool is also very close to this unit if you choose to take a break from the beach. Overall we had a great stay here!!!

When we showed up our coffee pot was broken. We were really worried we were going to have to purchase a new pot but they were very accommodating and brought us a new pot right away. They had so many things available for us to use. We did not use a lot of items available was nice to know they were there if we needed them in the future. Everyone was very nice. The elevator broke shortly after our visit but they had it fixed in one day so it did not effect our stay. Our power went out once and they very quickly came and it was fixed immediately. There was the frog hopper picking us up quickly anytime we started out short walk to the village. All and all was an amazing fun trip and even though we had these small few things happen was nice we could count on them to be available right away. It was so nice and clean and plenty of bedding all available.

The premises was immaculate and beautifully appointed!

The location was perfect for our family w/ children who spent the most time in the pool near the bay! Not far to the ocean. There was plenty of privacy for the children and their mom to bunk in one bedroom and my husband and I had our privacy with our own bathroom in the master suite! Plenty of clean towels and pots, pans, dishes and glasses. Appliances seemed new and with the tile floors, easy to sweep the sand up for us! We hope to return next year!

A week in paradise

Can’t say enough good things about our stay here at 349! Great communication/clarity on everything, easy check-in/check-out, perfectly clean unit and stocked with everything we needed. Absolutely loved having a beach cart! Couches and beds are super comfortable! The whole place is beachy, cute and well-organized. Thank you for everything! The amenities of the complex were so nice - we had a blast at the pools and playing pickleball and tennis (So nice that rackets were available to use!!). The property is close to everything and in a great location. The unit was clean, nicely furnished and had everything you would need - the beach cart and chairs were so nice to have! I would bring a collapsable cooler next time and my only minor complaint is I wish they would have had a smart tv. I don't care if you don't have all the channels, but there were things we would have liked to have watched and had we been able to log into our own Directv stream we could have despite them not having a ton of channels. We aren't huge tv watchers but it was all the holiday football games my boys wanted to catch!
