Diese Eigentumswohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern befindet sich auf der Bayside unseres Grundstücks. Die Bay-Seite verfügt über einen Pool, einen Whirlpool, einen Angelsteg und Holzkohlegrills. Es ist auch ein sehr kurzer Spaziergang zum Gulf Side Teil unserer Eigenschaft, die einen anderen Pool, zwei Tennisplätze und unseren weißen Sandstrand hat. Um dem Sarasota County Fire Code zu entsprechen, sind unsere Zwei-Schlafzimmer-Einheiten für maximal sechs Personen geeignet. Das komfortabel eingerichtete Hauptschlafzimmer ist mit einem Kingsize-Bett ausgestattet und das Gästezimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und ein Doppelbett. Beide Schlafzimmer haben 26 "-Flachbildfernseher, während das Wohnzimmer mit einem 37" -Flachbildfernseher ausgestattet ist. Es gibt auch ein ausziehbares Queen-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Das Master-Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne / Dusche-Kombination und das Gäste-WC hat eine neu gestaltete begehbare Dusche mit 3 Haltegriffen. Die neu renovierte Küche verfügt über Granit und Edelstahlgeräte. Es ist komplett mit allen Dingen ausgestattet, die Sie zum Kochen benötigen - Töpfe / Pfannen, Geschirr, Besteck, Toaster und eine Kaffeemaschine. Die Wohnung hat Fliesen im ganzen Haus. Es gibt auch eine komfortabel eingerichtete Außenterrasse, auf der Sie und Ihre Familie die warme tropische Brise genießen können.

Overall, had a good experience. Condo was clean and good proximity to catch shuttles to the village or to other key areas on the island. We were disappointed with the lack of service (answers to our question) by the office staff and some key essentials to make our experience excellent. For example, there were no napkins, paper towels, coffee, salt and pepper and only one dishwasher tablet for a 5-day stay with 4 people. When we asked the front desk for additional supplies, their response was you are on your own - not rude but certainly not wanting to help in any way. Seemed like a simple items to provide that would have made our experience better. Also, the toaster only toasted on one side of the bread,the internet had spotted service creating challenges while watching tv.

We stayed at Palm Bay Club for the first time back in 2015 and it has been our go-to place every fall when our northern friends come for a visit. It is clean, safe and has wonderful accommodations. Beyond Expectations

I LOVE this resort. It was clean, well-maintained, and overall a beautiful property. Staff were friendly. My only “critique” is the issues I had with laundry, but staff was very helpful. I was on the Bay side but access to the beach was a quick drive or walk away. in general, I wish there was a closer bathroom for beach-goers who reside on the Bay side. I will absolutely return to Palm Bay

Great Vacation

We visit Siesta Key every year but this was the first time staying at the Palm Bay Club, everything was excellent! The condo was extremely clean and stocked and in a great location. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! We will be back to vacation at the club again.

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Palm Bay at least four times and always enjoyed our time there. This year they are catering to short term rentals and not providing anything to the long term rentals of 4 weeks or more. Consequently, the weeks of spring break were noisy, pools too full for older people to enjoy. Our unit was very nice so no complaints about that. We will be looking for other areas and accommodations in the future. We already have a place booked for a month next year for quite a bit cheaper and benefits to long term rentals including washer and dryer in the unit.

Sweet family getaway!

We are a family of five and had a wonderful stay here! Our condo was very tidy, cozy, and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. My boys were super excited to find nice fishing poles and a tackle box to use during their stay as well! Everyone at Palm Bay was friendly and helpful. We used the bay side pool and hot tub multiple times a day, both were wonderful! We also used the pool on the gulf side and pickleball courts. Our place was a quick walk to the beautiful beach. We would definitely stay here again!

I have two young girls (ages 1.5 and 3) and we had the perfect amount of space for the four of us to stay. The place was super clean, had all the kitchen items we would ever need and more, bathrooms and place overall looked newly renovated, able to park close to the beach and walk, and lots of things that we were able to use that we weren't expecting. They had umbrellas, a pack n play if we needed, some toys for our girls to play with, a wagon for the beach, and a vacuum that helped keep down on the sand around the condo. Can't say enough great things about this rental. If we ever come back to Siesta Key or have someone who is interested, we will be sure to pass along this condo!

Wonderful Family Getaway!!

We had a wonderful stay in Siesta Key! We were a party of 6 (parents/ 4 kids) and the condo was spacious and accommodated everyone perfectly! Check in and Check out was a breeze in the front office, even on a Sunday! We like staying on the Bayside because we have access to the back pool and spa and then just a short walk to the beach...whatever we feel like! Staff at the property was super friendly and units are clean and so comfortable! Plenty of blankets, pillows, towels etc...We will definitely be back!! Thank You!!!

Great family friendly stay

The space was so cutely decorated and well stocked! We were so comfortable and especially loved the remodeled bath in the bedroom with 2 beds, large dining table, balcony, and the toys/games. My toddler loved exploring all the fun games and puzzles. The Palm Bay Club itself was beautiful with its palm tree lined walkways and two pools, we enjoyed the bay side pool which was warm and peaceful. It’s also relaxing to sit near the bay side pool to watch the boats and pelicans. We were close to the trolley stations, but they’re not the most reliable. The beach is a short walk and chairs were already on the beach for the Palm Bay Club visitors. Had a great time!

Relaxing visit

Nicely stocked kitchen, lots of beach chairs, coolers, poles, games, toys, playpen. Could use room darkening blind or drape in 2nd bedroom but overall a very pleasant stay! Has 2 pools, tennis courts and a little walk to a beautiful beach!

Clean and quiet

Overall a good experience, nice area with. Private beach access. The place was clean and had beach things like umbrellas, cooler and chairs. Kitchen was fully stocked. The cons would be the master bath was in need of updating, the beach is far enough that walking with all your beach stuff would be very challenging. There is no towel exchange so the towels you start with are it, you have to wash your own.
