Atlantis Homes 2 is a luxurious 230 sqm home designed to combine modern comfort with natural elegance. The interiors are inspired by the nature of Greece, featuring soft tones and design accents reminiscent of olive groves and Mediterranean scenery. The ground floor opens into a bright and airy living and dining area connected to a fully equipped kitchen, which includes a toaster, a filter coffee machine, and a De’Longhi Inissia capsule coffee machine—perfect for enjoying morning coffee just the way you like it. A ground-floor bedroom comes with an en-suite bathroom, providing privacy and convenience for guests. An additional WC serves the living spaces.



On the first floor, there are three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom and balcony. One bedroom includes a sofa that can be made up as a single bed (90 x 200 cm), and all bedrooms can be configured as double or twin beds, offering flexibility for families or groups.



The second floor features a welcoming sitting area and an extra bathroom, opening onto a spacious balcony with a jacuzzi and outdoor dining area. Here, a sofa can also be converted into a double bed (160 x 200 cm), perfect for additional guests. An internal elevator provides effortless access to all levels.



Outdoors, guests can enjoy their private swimming pool (8m x 3m x 1.5m). The guests have a private access to all areas of the house outside and inside. No shared areas.
