Atlantis Homes 1 is a spacious 230 sqm residence designed with elegance and comfort in mind. The interiors are inspired by the natural beauty of Greece, with subtle touches reflecting olive trees and the Mediterranean landscape, creating a warm yet refined atmosphere. The ground floor features a large open-plan living room and fully equipped kitchen, which includes a toaster, a filter coffee machine, and a De’Longhi Inissia capsule coffee machine—ideal for enjoying your morning coffee exactly the way you like it. A ground-floor bedroom comes with an en-suite bathroom, providing privacy and convenience for guests. An additional WC serves the living spaces.



The first floor offers three well-appointed bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and private balcony. One of these rooms includes a sofa that can be made up as an additional single bed (90 x 200 cm). All bedrooms in the house can be arranged either as double or twin beds, offering flexibility to suit different group needs.



The second floor adds a comfortable sitting area and an additional bathroom, opening onto a large balcony with a private jacuzzi and outdoor dining area. A sofa here can also be used as a double bed (160 x 200 cm), perfect for extra guests. For convenience, the house is equipped with a private internal elevator, making all floors easily accessible.



Outdoors, guests can enjoy their private swimming pool (8m x 3m x 1.5m). The guests have a private access to all areas of the house outside and inside. No shared areas.

Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, including smart TVs in all bedrooms and the living room, air conditioning throughout, ceiling fans in each bedroom, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Atlantis Homes also offer an outdoor parking space, where you can safely park your car.
