Set among a vast private olive grove, Nomadic Villa sits above Rethymno town, overlooking the Cretan sea and olive tree scattered countryside below. This exquisite 300 m2, ground floor dwelling can comfortably accommodate 10 guests in its 5 en-suite bedrooms, while its extended rooms provide ample space for all guests and create a homey, heart-warming feeling. The minimal interior design, decorated in earthtly white and greys, elegant furniture with wood details and smart layout make this home a perfect option for those seeking a relaxing holiday with long days by the pool and watching the sun sink into the ocean in the evenings. This is a well hidden haven where you can enjoy wellness in its essence, revatilise your body and mind and awake your senses, while being close to all daily amenities at the same time, thanks to the privileged position of the property, very close to Rethymno town and the beach.



Entering Nomadic Villa you are welcomed by an open-plan area, filled with sunlight coming through the large glass windows, allowing you to take in the splendid views of the characteristic blue and green colours of the island...the blue of the Aegean Sea and the green of the olive trees. The living room boasts a sizeable corner sofa, 50 HDTV with Netflix, as well as a second seating area with comfy arm chairs. The adjacent indoor dining table for 10, is conveniently located next to the kitchen, so you can enjoy your breakfast while gazing at the at the landscape. The fully equipped, gourmet kitchen is an ode to modernity, practicality and culinary art, allowing to practice your skills and prepare homemade meals for your loved ones and why not try a cretan recipe and also offers direct access to the pool terrace.


Moving on, guests can find the 5 bedrooms of Nomadic Villa, each one complemented by its own en-suite bathroom with shower cabin, smart TV, individually controlled A/C, safe, suitcase stand and open closet. In all bedrooms beds can be set either as two singles or a queen size bed (1,80X2,00 in 3 of the bedrooms and 1,60X2,00 in 2 of the bedrooms) with a top mattress, upon request. Two of the bedrooms provide access to the BBQ area, while the other three bedrooms have windows with views to the olive grove. Moreover, one of the bedrooms offers access to guests with mobility restrictions and also has a specially designed bathroom. Finally, a separate WC and a utility room with a washer/dryer are also at your disposal.


Outdoor area
The spacious exterior area of Nomadic Villa covers 1.200 m2 and its the epitome of serenity and peace. The tile paved terrace enjoys magnificent vistas of the sea, blue sky and the surrounding area. Enjoy absolute privacy, reconnect with nature, and regain your inner peace at Nomadic Villa, which offers many facilities including:
- A 100 sq.m., 1.50 m deep private swimming pool with ladder access, with salt water electrolysis, that can be heated upon advance request for an additional daily charge for the entire stay, and requires at least one weeks notice.
- A separate 20 sq.m. childrens pool, 0,50m deep.
- The pool area is equipped with cushy sun beds, side tables, a poolside shower and umbrellas so you can enjoy the pool all day long and sunbathe in comfort.
- A ping pong table is available to enjoy all the fun!
- Outdoor kitchen facilities featuring a charcoal grill, wood-fire oven, and gas BBQ, along with an outdoor sink. Next to the BBQ facilities and under the shade of the pergola, guests can also find an outdoor dining area for all guests, which will allow you to enjoy al fresco dining any time you wish.
- A cosy outdoor living room with built-in cushioned sofas and additional seating areas.
- Ample space for the kids to play among the olive trees.
- Parking space for several cars inside the villa grounds.

- The whole Villa is fully fenced and has a gated entrance offering security and full privacy to our guests.


**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
