The stylish holiday home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac and has a reverse-level layout, to make the most of its elevated position. Inside, the property is decorated in a contemporary style, with luxurious fixtures and fittings to make your stay feel extra special. On the ground floor is a welcoming lounge with a sumptuous L-shaped sofa to sink into after a day at the beach. Catch up on your favourite programmes on the Smart TV and on a hot day, slide open the doors to the garden. There are four beautifully styled bedrooms on this floor, all with their own en-suite facilities. You’ll also find a refreshing family bathroom on this level. Heading upstairs, discover a bright, open-plan kitchen/diner with an impressive vaulted ceiling and distant sea views. The chic kitchen features glossy units and a central island, and there’s a large dining table with bench-style seating for hosting dinner parties and special occasions. There’s a comfortable children’s area where little ones can chill out, as well as doors opening onto a balcony with outdoor furniture. Rounding off the first floor is a fabulous king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the balcony. Outside, the enclosed, sloped garden has a lawn where children can play, along with a spacious, decked area with a picnic table and sun loungers. Private parking is available at the property.
Carbis Bay Beach is a sheltered, sandy beach that’s popular with bathers. Its calm waters also make it a great spot for kayaking and paddleboarding. The South West Coast Path passes through Carbis Bay, and a scenic, 2-mile jaunt brings you to St Ives. In the town, you’ll find a fantastic array on independent shops and eateries, as well as iconic art galleries such as Tate St Ives and the Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden. Nearby day trips include St Michael’s Mount (7.5 miles) and The Minack Theatre (18 miles).
