Accessed via two flights of interior stairs leading to its front door, this well-presented and functional apartment is a fantastic crash pad for anyone who loves to get out and enjoy the sun, sea and sand. The contemporary lounge/diner has a fresh, nautical feel, and sits between a galley kitchen and two inviting bedrooms - a double bedroom and a twin bedroom - where you and your people are granted permission for long lie-ins. While there is no garden at the apartment, its enviable location, so close to the beach and other amenities, allows you to change your outdoor space at will.
Harbour Beach (350 metres) is one of St Ives’ four iconic beaches and, along with Porthmeor, Porthminster and Porthgwidden (all within 0.5 miles), has been popular with water sports lovers, sandcastle builders and sunbathers for generations. The vibrant harbour and town centre are home to many independent shops, cafes and pubs, each one offering a range of traditional Cornish fare. St Ives is a mecca for artists, and numerous galleries are dotted around showcasing the beauty of the Cornish landscape. The South West Coast Path, which runs through the town, offers myriad different perspectives of the area.
