Known for its unique quality of light and creative arts, the picturesque town of St Ives has a range of great restaurants, pubs, cafes, independent shops and galleries to browse. There’s a popular harbour from where you can book a boat trip or coastal cruise and you might get lucky and spot some dolphins or seals out on the water. The town is also home to various annual festivals including the Food and Drink Festival in the spring and the September Festival showcasing the local music and arts scene. With a choice of several beautiful sandy beaches all within 0.5 miles of your holiday home, you’ll find plenty to keep you occupied.
Set on the second floor, once you step into this snug town centre apartment, you will find an inviting open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. With soft seating and a homely feel, the lounge is the perfect space to snuggle up with your favourite movie on the Smart TV in the evening. The handy dining space is a great spot for planning the days ahead over a delicious meal that was rustled up in the practical kitchen area. This cosy accommodation also features a light and welcoming bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a stylish shower room to help you freshen up before starting the day’s adventures.
Whilst there is no outdoor space with this property, you have right of way via a communal courtyard owned by a neighbouring property to enable access . You can be on the wharf within 500 metres and enjoy the outdoor facilities available in the area. A romantic picnic on the beach, watching the sun go down is a must.
