The inviting living room features a cosy sofa, a wide-screen TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals. A private balcony provides a serene outdoor space to unwind and soak in the fresh air.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and all essential cookware and utensils. A dishwasher is also provided, ensuring hassle-free cleanup after your culinary adventures.

To make your stay even more convenient, the apartment includes a washing machine, clothes dryer, and ironing equipment to take care of your laundry needs effortlessly.

The first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, while the second bedroom features a spacious bunk bed. Both rooms are thoughtfully prepared with quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. For those traveling with little ones, a crib is also available.

The modern bathroom is well-appointed with all the necessary amenities, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a relaxing and refreshing experience.

This property is located in Barcelona's vibrant Eixample district, offers a prime location surrounded by Barcelona’s iconic architecture, vibrant culture, and urban charm.

The flat is just a short stroll from Passeig de Gràcia, Barcelona's luxury shopping avenue, home to architectural masterpieces like Casa Batlló and La Pedrera by Antoni Gaudí. Eixample is known for its modernist charm, with stunning facades, wide boulevards, and tree-lined streets creating a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere.

The neighborhood offers a mix of upscale boutiques, chic cafes, and exceptional dining options, from authentic Catalan cuisine to international fare. It’s also well-connected, with convenient access to public transportation, including metro and bus lines, making it easy to explore the rest of the city.

Please note that before check in, all guests older than 16 years needs to pay city tax, is 6,90€ per guest per night (maximum 7 nights)


Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
