Komfortable und schöne Wohnung im Herzen von Barcelona, nur wenige Schritte von Plaça Catalunya, Las Ramblas und seiner Kultur entfernt, wo Sie eine Vielzahl von Restaurants und Geschäften finden. Diese schöne Wohnung mit drei Schlafzimmern ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für einen Aufenthalt in Barcelona, egal ob Sie geschäftlich oder geschäftlich unterwegs sind. Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett, während die anderen beiden Schlafzimmer jeweils zwei Einzelbetten haben.

Es bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen und verfügt über zwei Badezimmer. Die Wohnung wird am Anreisetag mit Handtüchern und sauberer Bettwäsche ausgestattet.
Die Wohnung hat eine ungefähre Fläche von 105m2. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr geräumig und hell. Hier können Sie sich nach einem langen Sightseeing- oder Arbeitstag erholen. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit allen Geräten und Utensilien, die Sie benötigen, um Ihre eigenen Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten und Ihre Familie und Freunde zu überraschen: Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Backofen, Kühl- / Gefrierschrank und Herd.
Für mehr Komfort verfügt das Apartment auch über einen Haartrockner, einen TV, eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Ob Sie im Winter oder im Sommer nach Barcelona kommen, in diesem Apartment in der Rambla de Catalunya werden Sie sich wie zu Hause fühlen, da es über Klimaanlage und Heizung verfügt. - Die Touristensteuer in Barcelona wird erhoben.

- Rauchen ist unter keinen Umständen gestattet. Eine Anzeige oder der Nachweis, dass in der Wohnung geraucht wird, führt zum sofortigen Ausschluss aus der Wohnung und zu einer Geldstrafe von mindestens 400 Euro.

The host communicated well and was responsive. The apartment is in a great location and was perfect for us in that sense. Unfortunately the beds were substandard and very uncomfortable which was very disappointing and made the stay less enjoyable. The shower room in the hallway cannot be used as it leaks through the door. We wouldn’t return to the property unless the bed and shower situation was improved. A shame as otherwise it’s a great property.

Great neighborhood and location. Apartment in need of a freshen up. Used Vrbo Inbox - no reply from the host. Location of key is a trek from the apartment. Single beds are tiny. Half shower door missing in ensuite. Black mould in shower area. Drain loose in smaller bathroom. No kettle. Frayed cable for iron. None of the decorations in the photos like plants on lamps. Two half rolls of toilet paper on arrival. Only two knives for cutlery and 1 wine glass for an apartment for 6. Dining chair was broken.

Excellent stay in a great location - close to Barri Goti but removed enough so you have breathing room and non-tourists. Very comfortable apartment with small lift. Wish there had been directions for appliances and thermostat, but we figured it out. Also wish there were towel bars/hooks in bathrooms but again we made do. Also, the utensils are in the drawer directly under the cooktop - drawer pull is hard to see under countertop. Great shower in main bath. Fantastic view of Ramblas Catalunya. Would return here in a heartbeat!

Nice apartment excellent location

My friend and I stayed in this apartment for four nights. We arrived at Barcelona airport at about 11am we took the train to the city which took about 25 minutes for about €4 each and was very comfortable the train station is just a block from the apartment so easy for the return journey. We had lunch and then we took a taxi to the check in office for 3pm as instructed the taxi waited while I checked in. Check in at the office was an easy process. The taxi took us to the apartment. The apartment is as per the photos clean with just a little normal wear and tear. The beds are comfortable the kitchen was good for what we required. The silver wear is in a drawer within the big drawer. The main sitting area and dinning area was lovely for breakfast. Pastry shops nearby. The tall windows looked out on to the street with two small balconies. I slept in the main front room but did find it a little noisy with late night and early morning traffic so I moved to the third room which was very quiet but this was not an issue. The apartment is in an ideal location to walk down La Rambla and the surrounding areas. It would be much easier to just check in at the apartment but I was aware of the process check out was easier just close the door and go. Very happy with our stay.

Nice apartment but not some major disappointments

This apartment was very nice and comfortable. The location is wonderful, convenient to the Gaudi houses and other attractions, as well as nice restaurants and bars -- a great central location. But there were some major disappointments. The worst was that the apartment is 3 stories up (71 steps) and the elevator was out of service through our entire stay. When the management told us about this they just shrugged it off as if it was no big deal. But for older people like us (mid-60s), on longish trips with heavy luggage, getting up to the apartment was a nightmare. Our 30 year old daughter and her friend also found it exhausting and dreaded coming bac to the apartment. It was also disappointing to learn that the rental office is in a different part of the city than the apartment and renters must go to the office to check in, unlike all other management companies we've worked with who have someone meet renters at the apartment. We were told an early check-in would be possible but that wasn't the case, so it required 4 taxi rides to get from the airport to the office, then off somewhere to wait for checkin (the office isn't in a particularly interesting area), back to the office, and then finally off to the apartment. After all this running around facing the three story climb was a major annoyance. We were also disappointed in the kitchen supplies -- more basic than most and though all 4 of us spent a good deal of time looking we never found silverware or other utensils. Though the apartment was nice we'll never rent from this management company again.

Please note the elevator was a last-minute issue that unfortunately it couldn't get fixed during the weekend, however it was fixed on Monday. These problems almost never happen but when they do, sometimes we can fix them on our own. The check-in information is provided in advance before booking the apartment and we never confirmed you an early check-in. We work hard to explained everything to our clients in advance and to avoid this type of misunderstandings. We did offer you the option to leave your suitcases at our office as you had to come anyway to our office. We are sorry if you understood something different, we were just trying to help. We are really sorry you didn’t have the opportunity to enjoy the area where our office is, please know it is a beautiful area of the city and 15 minutes by metro from where you booked the apartment. As for the kitchen supplies, we are sorry you couldn't find it! We do provide with all the necessary so our clients can prepare a homemade meal which we know it is really important for most of our clients. We would love to offer you a 20% discount if you ever decide to come back to Barcelona and book your apartment with us.

Disappointing

The location of this apt is great, right on Rambla Catalonia but that's where it stops. First we had to hire a cab to drive us to the to the other side of town to pick up the keys. We travel in Europe a lot and are used to meeting either the owners or their representative at the apt so they can show us around the unit and explain, if necessary, how everything works. Once we got into the apt we were very surprised that the website photos showed furniture in much better condition than what was actually there, worn sofas, veneer pealing off cabinets and much smaller bedrooms, with poor soundproofing between this unit and the one next door. The beds were comfortable but the pillows hard as rocks. The worst part was the 2nd bathroom which was actually a hall closet that had been converted into the smallest bathroom ever. One could sit on the toilet and wash one's hands and your feet are in the shower all at once. There was no toilet paper holder so before one attempted to shower the bathroom would have to be cleared of that and anything else one didn't want to get wet. Not sure where one would put a towel as there were no hooks or racks either. We never used that shower as it looked as if water would run all over the place. We also were unable to open one side of the double doors which made the step up 8 inches into the room awkward while avoiding stepping on the metal post that stuck up from the hall floor to prevent the double door into the living room from banging into the bathroom door. The kitchen was renovated and seemed to have pretty much all one would need to cook (we prefer to eat out when traveling) however the freezer needed a major defrosting. We would not rent this apt again.

Really good location, but apartment (especially the bathrooms) could have been better.

Great location, clean and spacious, except for the bathrooms. They were very tiny and of unusual proportions. We would have preferred to have been met at the actual location rather than at the company's office. The agent who checked us in was great, it was just inconvienient to have to go the office to get our keys.
