Villa Nagini is a beautifully furnished, air-conditioned property offering a private pool, jacuzzi, and breathtaking sea views. Ideally located in the Montaña Roja area of Playa Blanca, the villa is within easy walking distance of Playa Flamingo beach, the scenic sea-front promenade, and the popular Agua Lava Waterpark, making it perfect for both relaxation and exploring the local attractions.

The interior features a spacious open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. The living room is furnished with two comfortable sofas and a large SMART TV, providing a wide range of channels including BBC, ITV, Sky, movies, and box sets. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and an American-style fridge/freezer, offering everything needed for a self-catering holiday.

The villa has four well-appointed bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have king-size beds, air conditioning, en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, fitted wardrobes, and patio doors leading to the pool terrace with sea views. The other two bedrooms are twin rooms, also air-conditioned, with mirrored wardrobes and ample storage space. A separate family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower serves these rooms.

Outside, the villa boasts a spacious sun terrace with stunning sea views across to Fuerteventura. The terrace features a shaded al fresco dining area and a brick BBQ for outdoor meals, alongside eight sun loungers and a hot tub for added relaxation. The large private pool, electrically heated from November to April, includes a stepped entry and a circular seating area, perfect for lounging in the Lanzarote sun.

Villa Nagini is located in the peaceful Montaña Roja area, about a 10 to 15-minute walk from Playa Flamingo Beach. From the beach, guests can enjoy a scenic stroll along the promenade, passing the Ferry Port and continuing to the lively Playa Blanca town centre, with its shops, bars, and restaurants.

The property offers off-street parking for up to two cars and is all on one level, making it easily accessible for guests with mobility considerations. The villa includes two walk-in showers for added convenience.

Cleaning services are provided with the villa fully prepared upon arrival and cleaned after departure. For stays of 10 to 13 nights, mid-stay cleaning and a linen and towel change are included. All bath, hand, and pool/beach towels are provided for guests' convenience.

Price Information and Additional Costs:
The rental price is based on up to 4 people sharing the villa, with a supplement charged for additional guests. The first child under the age of 2 years stays free of charge. Cots and high chairs are available for 20EUR per week, per item. A refundable security deposit may be required at the time of booking.

A minimum stay of 7 nights applies, but pricing inquiries for stays shorter than this can be accommodated upon request.
