Wunderschön zu einem sehr hohen Standard mit eigenem beheiztem Pool in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. 15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Zentrum von Playa Blanca entfernt. Diese Villa bietet den perfekten Ausgangspunkt für die vielen Annehmlichkeiten in der Umgebung oder einfach nur zum Entspannen und Entspannen am Pool. Das Hauptschlafzimmer mit französischen Türen zur Terrasse und zum Poolbereich verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und Einbauschränke mit Safe. Just returned from a fantastic stay at Karen's villa, it was so good we literally didn't want to come home and tried to extend our trip!! Great space for all the family, thoroughly enjoyed chilling out by the pool and breakfasts on the terrace. With a one year old in tow it was great to be able to explore all the fantastic restaurants Playa Blanca has to offer and then head back for nightcaps, games and a good film night. Villa was perfect for our family of 9, had everything we needed and more. Perfect location for a 20 minute walk down to the town or taxi trip for less than 5. Total privacy within the villa. Lidl is also a 20 mixture walk or quick taxi trip for the shopping.

Villa was beautiful and the area was great because we were within walking distance of 3 beaches and the town. Taxis very easy to book and very reasonable if needed. Lidl is about a 15 minute walk so easy to shop for food. One slight negative about the Villa is there's not enough cooking dishes for the oven so we had to change the rhings we had planned to cook but apart from that an amazing holiday

The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything we feel is needed including 8 saucepans 4 frying pans, 1 large porcelain oven dish, a set of 3 large Pyrex oven dishes as well as some small Pyrex dishes,slow cooker, mixing bowls, salad spinner and salad bowl,2 Pealla cooking pans, plenty of utensils, cups, cutlery, glasses, and so on. Our general feedback is that the kitchen is welll equipped with everything that is needed. However we will most definitely have a closer look to see if there’s anything else we can put in to improve it, it’s always good to get some constructive criticism feedback to keep our villa high spec, and to it’s best potential. we pride ourselves to make all of a our guests happy and fullfilled. May I mention should you have needed anything extra you could have contacted me and one of our management team would have been more than happy to assist you by bringing to you what was needed. Lovely spacious villa

Just back from a lovely stay. We were a party of grandparents, parents and teens and the villa was a great layout with lovely pool area. Lots of dining areas and the BBQ area was great. The kitchen was well equipped and the host very responsive.The only downside for us was the walk into the centre was around 30 mins and although a flat walk was a bit too much for the grandparents. Saying that the taxis were cheap at least than 5 euros for taxi to town.Overall a great stay.

Amazing villa highly recommend

Absolutely brilliant stay in an amazing villa! Spotlessly clean with all you’d need for a relaxing holiday. Plenty of room for everyone bedrooms were great, comfy beds and big bathrooms showers were hot and powerful, kitchen had all you’d need with plenty of utensils the pool was great, warm and big enough for the inflatables to relax on and plenty of beds to lounge on. Location was so quiet and private with playa Blanca 25/30 minute walk away. Karen was a great host always responded quickly and with information requested. Highly recommend a stay here you won’t be disappointed

The communication from Karen the host was excellent. We had an excellent / seamless holiday (3 couples with an en-suite each). The villa was spacious and clean, 2 large fridge / freezers, so ample room for water etc. The pool looked as though it had just been renovated and was salt water, hence less skin irritation. The Astroturf looked new and the outdoor area was clean. It is a steady 20min walk to Playa Blanca or 4-5 euro taxi. We walked to Playa Blanca and caught the ferry to Fuerteventura mid holiday which was also seamless. If you are looking for a clean villa with excellent host communication in a great location… this is for you.

Great spacious house ideal for a large group

We were a large group with a lot of kids. The house was perfect with the 5 bedrooms and the living room. The kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the barbecue. We also liked the proximity to everything, you just need to have a car. Karen is very friendly and accommodating, thank you for this Karen! Overall a great experience. We highly recommend the house to anyone planning to go to Lanzarote.

Relaxing break

The villa was lovely - it is an ideal place for a relaxing and quiet holiday . The villa is beautiful with a pool and large area outside. This is secluded and quiet. Kitchen had everything you needed. Lounge area large and great for evenings chilling or watching some tv! Karen was a great host - great at communicating and friendly . Swimming pool was cleaned during the week which was good. Villa is about a mile walk from the beach which was fine for us as we walked and ran! Overall a lovely holiday - we would definitely stay here again .

Home from home for Christmas & NY

Space wise and layout of the property, this villa is amazing for a family holiday. The pool and terrace area is definitely the strongest feature with sunshine literally all day.Karen was very responsive when messaging and provided clear and concise information for check in and check out.My only bug bear would be that we had until 10am to check out but the cleaner and family rocked up at 09:40. At this point we were still packing our final items and stripping the beds so felt really under pressure Also, the cleaning could be to a higher standard.

Sorry to hear your dissatisfaction with the check out. Regarding the cleaner and family, we are a team that come in at the end of a guests stay and prepare the villa for the next. We arrived 20 minutes ahead of check out to address a small issue where our presence kept us in the front corner of the front outdoors area. We are sorry to hear that you perceived this as a pressure to depart. That was never our intention and we would have gladly waited outside for the last few minutes of your stay had you indicated that was your wish. We really enjoyed chatting with you and your lovely family until your departure at around 10.20am. In regards to the standard of cleaning, we would have happily looked to resolve any issues you had as and when you found them. We are somewhat bemused by this, as in the communications that was had during your stay it was our perception that everything was fine, and on the day of departure we did ask if you had found anything that needed attention, and nothing had arisen. Finally we would like to say a huge thanks to you and your family for taking such good care of the villa and leaving it in such good order. We hope to see you again. Kind regards

Amazing villa, highly recommend

We stayed from 21-28 December as 2 families with children from age 8-15yrs. Karen was quick to reply to any messages, checked we had got in ok and that our stay was going ok. The villa, well it was outstanding, lots of kitchen utensils so you never ran out, pool area was clean tidy, the beds were huge! The pool table was a bonus. I can't think of anything terrible about the property, it was on a quiet street about 20min walk to Playa Flamingo or Playa Blanca or a €5 taxi ride! I'd definitely book again! Thank you, Karen 😁

Spacious villa

I stayed here with my sister, my son and his partner and 3 teenagers (3 generations) What a lovely villa, spacious and clean, except the bbq. We felt is was not suitable for use. The bedrooms were airy and the beds were very comfortable. Quiet location within walking distance of main plaza where there was an abundance of shops and places to eat and Nice beaches.. Taxis a little on the expensive side, but there were lots of local buses and the main bus station is within walking distance. The heated swimming pool was a definite plus, we all loved it.

Hi Lynn. I’m pleased to hear you enjoyed your stay, however I’m sorry to learn that you didn’t feel that the bbq wasn’t suitable to use. Did you inform Dave and Sally who look after the villa as I’m sure that would have been more than happy to accommodate your needs.. I’ll look into this matter to make sure future guests don’t face the same disappointment. Recent holiday

Villa Samantha Elizabeth was perfect in so many ways. Met every criteria that was advertised and backed up by Karen the host. All questions were answered in a speedy manner and access details very straight forward. The villa itself is outstanding with all the facilities you would ever need and maintained to a very high standard.Add in the swimming pool, spacious garden and pool table and you have the lot. The location of the villa from the airport & Playa Blanca is excellent. Recommend using the local taxis as so reliable and cheap. Ate out every night as the restaurants and bars are great and reasonably priced. Would recommend 100% and look forward to a return visit.

WOW, the villa was all we hoped it would be, everything was as said on this booking site. Beautiful villa, clean and close to amenities. Communication with the host, Karen, was always prompt throughout and helpful. Transfer company recommend was prompt each way. We had a delay getting there but didn’t need to worry that we missed the supermarket as Karen’s Management Team, Richard and Sue very kindly left us a welcome pack of basic supplies. A most unexpected but lovely gesture which was much appreciated. A fantastic time was had by all the family. We were a family of 7 adults, 1 teenager and 4 children under 3. Would highly recommend this villa.
