Welcome to my house!
Our charming 65 sqm home is a gem in the heart of Merrion Strand. Its central location and access to urban and seaside attractions make it an ideal place to stay for a memorable Dublin experience.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a furnished and charming living space with direct access to the garden, perfect for relaxing. The living room has an armchair sofa, where guests can relax after a long day exploring the city, and a TV to watch all their favourite shows.
The kitchen has essential cookware and cutlery to cook delicious homemade meals and another dining table where you can dine with loved ones.
There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a UK king bed, while the second has a UK double bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.
The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including a bathtub. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.
The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
Please Note: If there is excessive electricity usage, you will be charged per KWT at the discretion of the owner

Merrion is a prestigious neighbourhood in Dublin known for its beautiful architecture, cultural richness, and proximity to key landmarks. It offers a blend of historic charm and modern amenities, making it an attractive choice for residents and visitors. Beautiful streets, green spaces, and a sense of sophistication characterize the area. Merrion's central location provides easy access to cultural institutions, upscale dining, and the vibrant energy of Dublin's city centre.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest train station, Sydney Parade, is just an 11-minute walk.
Dublin Airport is a 22-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).
Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
