Located in the peaceful residential area of Faro Park, this beautiful, detached, front line property, with hot tub and pool table, provides stunning Ocean views and a perfect setting to enjoy your holiday and the Lanzarote sun.

INTERIOR
Living/Dining Room:
A beautiful atrium, perfect for star gazing, leads to a bright, spacious living and dining area, with views of the ocean, is open plan with the kitchen. It has a 75” SMART TV, with Netflix capability and IPTV system (including BBC/ITV/CH4/Ch5, box sets and films, together with all SKY channels available in Lanzarote). There are two comfortable sofas (not three as indicated in the photos) and a couple of chairs to enable seating for 6. There is also complimentary WIFI. A table with 6 chairs enables inside eating for the cooler days or evenings. A sliding patio door leads out to the al fresco dining area, together with sun, pool terrace, hot tub and pool table. Not forgetting the panoramic views of the seafront and ocean.
Kitchen:
Modern, open plan kitchen with fitted units, electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee maker.. A door leads to the washing machine and utility area.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Bedroom 1
Master bedroom with king sized bed (air conditioned, upon request and at an additional charge) and another double bed (suitable only for a young family - email for price of extra occupancy of up to 8). This is a fully fitted dressing room next door, with fitted wardrobes. Patio doors present beautiful sea views and open out onto the pool and sun terrace. En-suite bathroom with WC, bidet, bath (not jacuzzi as photo would indicate) with shower over, hand wash basin with vanity mirror.

EXTERIOR
Pool and Sun Terrace:
The master bedroom and living room doors lead out to the shaded al fresco dining area, with seating for 6. There is a pool table for further entertainment and a modern jacuzzi hot tub, enabling full enjoyment of the stunning sea views. The sun terrace provides 6 sun beds and an 8m x 4m in size and a 1.1m to 1.5m in depth electrically heated (November to April inclusive) private pool, with stepped entry. There is an outside shower for convenience, and a built in Canarian BBQ, perfect for the nominated chef in the party.

OTHER INFORMATION
Location:
It is approximately 5 kms out of Playa Blanca but situated within easy access to the seafront promenade which runs all the way from the lighthouse into Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. You will find a row of local Bars/Cafes, small supermarkets and numerous superb restaurants around a 5–10-minute walk away from the villa, which makes this property situated in an area that is very self-sufficient.
The town centre of Playa Blanca is just a 5-10 minute taxi ride away and there are reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi services allowing you to explore all areas easily.
The readily available taxi service cost to/from town centre from the villa is approximately €6.00 (2023)
Parking and Accessibility:
It is at the end of a cul-de-sac and there is parking for 2 vehicles. The villa is all on one floor.
Cleaning Service:
Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. Additional cleaning/change of linen & towels provided weekly or mid stay for stays of 10 to 13 nights. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels provided. Pool/beach towels are provided for your convenience.
Prices and Occupancy:
Prices are based on up to 4 people sharing. Guests over 4 are charged at 154€ per person, per week, First child under the age of 2 years at the time of travel stays free.
Cots and High Chairs available upon request at an additional cost of 20€ per week, per item. A refundable Damage Bond of 300€/£250 is payable, if the Accidental Damage Waiver is not taken.
