Just back from a lovely vacation in Casa Katie. What a fantastic place to stay. Outside area and pool are just ideal and the inside is beautifully decorated and comfortable. A lovely,new,modern kitchen has everything you would need. Eimear is excellent to deal with and booking was easy with great communication. We had one slight problem but contacted Eimear on our return and she assured us it will be sorted for future bookings. Would definitely recommend Casa Katie as a place to stay in Playa Blanca.

The villa was very well equipped and felt like a home from home. The pool area was immaculate with lots of lovely seating areas. The owner was brilliant and was always at the end of an email although we didn’t have any problems at all. It’s about a 10/15 min walk into town and Aldi is about 5 mins walk away. A really lovely very peaceful neighbourhood. We had a lovely experience and will definitely be back. I would highly recommend.

Clean, comfortable and spacious with everything we needed for our stay.The outside area is superb. A choice of seating areas and a great pool plus ample space for sun-worshippers. We had a brilliant weeks stay here at Casa Katie. The villa is beautiful and the pool is perfect. Beds are very comfortable too, felt like a home from home! Location is great, we were worried staying in a villa for the first time would make us feel a bit far out compared to to all inclusive hotels we usually stay in but it was the perfect balance! We hired a car for days out during the day and of an evening we walked down to the sea front for our evening meals and entertainment. The Aldi around the corner was great too. Would highly recommend staying here, Eimear is a great host. X

We had a lovely stay. This villa is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants etc. Our boys don’t like to sit in the sun but the lounge was comfortable and there’s plenty of comfortable areas to sit in the shade.

We really enjoyed our stay, the outside space and pool area is wonderful. We did have issues with ants in the master ensuite and the kitchen. The kitchen is rather tired and would benefit from a refresh and a dishwasher.The owner is very helpful, attentive, with great communication and I believe the kitchen/utility is about to go through a refurb. TV and WIFI excellent and the local Aldi is a godsend. Thanks Eimear, we would definitely stay again!

Perfect Stay

We had a great stay at Casa Katie.The location was peaceful and not too far from shops and restaurants. Eimear was really helpful and checked in on us after bad weather reports. The outside pool area is perfect for a family, we enjoyed our walks into the town and to all the restaurants. We hired a car but hardly used it. We will definitely be re-booking Casa Katie when we return to Lanzarote.

Lovely stay at Villa Katie

We have just returned from a week at Villa Katie. It is a lovely villa, the nicest we have stayed in at Playa Blanca. The whole process from booking to check-out was really easy. Wonderful private villa all one level with beautiful outdoor area and pool

We had a great stay. The villa is very private in a cul de sac, with a lovely sunny outdoor area and generously sized pool. The owner was very responsive. Playa Papagos / the coastal walk is 1km walk away and Marina Rubicon 2km so a good beach and lovely restaurants are nicely accessible.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Casa Katie. Everything we needed was supplied in the accommodation. A very spacious patio With plenty of seating. A good sized pool. It is a 10 minute walk down to Playa Dorado but we had a hire car and used that to go down and back a couple of times a day.

Lovely quiet villa in easy reach of amenities

A lovely spacious villa with a great outside area in a quiet location. 3 bedrooms with one on suite and a good living/dining space as well as two seating and eating areas outside. Dorado Beach is a 20 minute stroll where you’ll then have the option of a walk to the marina or town where both have plenty of restaurants and retail opportunities. A great break away from an English winter.

Brilliant family stay

Great villa, with amazing outdoor areas. For us with 3 young children it was perfect with the pool and always shaded areas. Very private and a nice distance away from the crowds but walkable to the restaurants at night. Eimear was super at communications and answering any queries really quickly. Only slight negative.was the thin curtains in one of the twin rooms and no blinds on some small windows in the other - just have to enjoy working to Spanish timings.

Fun in the winter sun

We have just arrived home from a wonderful stay at Casa Katie. The villa was perfect for our family of 6 with children ranging from under 2 to 14 years of age. Equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and a heated pool that actually felt warm. Perfectly located a little out of town but within easy walking distance (15-20 mins) to the seafront, shops and restaurants of Playa Blanca. Eimear was a wonderful host, excellent communication from the booking process right through to the end of our stay and nothing was too much trouble. We looking forward to staying at Casa Katie again next year and would highly recommend.
