This beautiful, detached villa, with stunning views, is located within easy walking distance of all amenities, together with the lovely promenade which stretches from one end of Playa Blanca to the other. It has recently had significant refurbishments (Winter 2022), making it a perfect setting for a fantastic getaway.
INTERIOR
The front door, accessed from the sun terrace, enters straight into the bright and spacious living/dining room.
Living/Dining Room:
The spacious living room provides an L-shaped comfortable sofa, coffee table, flat screen TV with TV internet system providing BBC/ITV/CH4&5 etc, together with all Sky Channels, Box Sets and Films. Wifi is also provided at no additional cost. A round, glass dining table provides inside dining for 4. There is a small computer desk with office chair and printer, for those who can't leave work behind. There are two doors that open in to a family shower room and the kitchen. A staircase leads up to the bedrooms and two further shower rooms.
Kitchen/Utility Area:
A fully fitted kitchen with oven, microwave, hob and fridge, together with kettle, toaster and all utensils, crockery and cutlery necessary for a self catering holiday. There is additional inside dining for 4.
A door leads to the utility area. A further door leads out to the sun and pool terrace.

King size bed with bedside tables and lamps together with a chest of drawers and fitted wardrobes. Gorgeous sea views from the window. En-suite shower room with modern, large walk in shower with screen, WC and hand basin with vanity mirror.

EXTERIOR
Pool and Sun Terraces:
With stunning views across the ocean to Fuerteventura, the well thought out landscaped garden and pool area has lovely artificial grass and terraces for sunbathing, with sunbeds and al-fresco, shaded dining for 6.
The private swimming pool (electrically heated, November to April inclusive), is approximately 8m x 4m in size and 1.5m in depth (excluding step area) with Roman steps for easy access.
A tasteful, modern, built in BBQ is provided for the chef in the family.

Location:
Just a couple of minutes walk to the beautiful sea front promenade and then on to the Papagayo Beachs in one direction and the Marina Rubicón in the other. The exclusive Marina in Playa Blanca has a fabulous selection of privately owned boats located in a sheltered bay. The Marina, which boasts a shopping centre and an impressive range of boutiques, bars and restaurants, is in a beautiful, privileged setting with views to the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains. This is the place to be pampered, enjoying a drink at one of the Al fresco bars whilst watching the lovely yachts, sailing boats and waterside leisure activities.

Cleaning Service:
Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. Additional cleaning/change of linen & towels provided weekly or mid stay for stays of 10 to 13 nights. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels provided. Pool/beach towels are provided for your convenience.

Prices and Occupancy:
Prices are based on up to 4 people sharing. Guests over 4 have a supplement charge of 105€ per week. A refundable Damage Bond of 300€/£250 is payable, if the Accidental Damage Waiver is not taken.
The villa has an alarm installed which has internal cameras in communal areas which only take photos when the alarm goes off.
