Located in the oldest district of Paris, the apartment is situated in the heart of the trendiest part of Paris. You will be charm by this peaceful heaven refuge in the middle of the effervescence of Paris.

The Space:
The apartment has been fully renovated by a French architect. The apartment offers high-end furniture and sumptuous fabrics, a perfect place for the travellers searching freedom.

The apartment has:
- 2 Bedrooms
- 1 bathroom with a shower
- 1 separate toilets
- 1 living room with one high comfort sofa bed
- 1 kitchen
Making the apartment comfortable for 4 people with a maximum of 6 people.

The sleeping arrangement is organized as follow, all bed & bath linen being provided:
-Bedroom 1 with a high comfort double bed
-Bedroom 2 with a high comfort double bed

All our mattresses are Palace level mattresses and are used in Parisian Palaces.

For information, the apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Guest Access:
Easy Access : before your arrival we send you all the access information including a video on how to get inside the building and the apartment.

To get the keys of the apartment:

- You will have to collect the keys in a secure box with a code inside the building
- The code will be given to you before your arrival
- The door to your apartment is on the third floor without elevator.
- Please take some time to carefully read the rules of the apartment that we have placed on the table of the kitchen

The Neighborhood:
Our neighborhood is a historical place where you can explore Paris, have a cup of coffee or simply try one of the French restaurants located a few feet from your Parisian home.

From the apartment, you can walk a few minutes on to reach the" Boulevard Saint-Martin".

Getting Around:
Around the apartment you will find :
Metro station : Strasbourg Saint Denis // Linge 4 / 8 / 9

Other Things to Note:
Check-in / Arrival : from 4pm => From 2pm you can leave your luggages in the apartment. The cleaning lady comes to clean the apartment between 11am and 4pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can indicate you a paid locker service next to the apartment.

Check-out / Departure : until 11am

No breakfast on site
Cleaning at before checkin and after checkout only

Please be careful during your stay to the house rules :
- no smoking in the apartment or in the building courtyard
- no drugs
- no parties
- no music
- no persons other than those who have registered their identity cards
- no noise in the common areas of the building
- no animals
- no professional photo or video shoots
If one of the above house rules is broken:
A penalty of the full amount of the deposit will be charged.
The reservation will be cancelled as soon as the infraction is noticed and you will no longer be able to stay in the apartment.
- If the keys of the apartment is lost, 170€ will be charged.

- A separate deposit of 1000 Euros on Swikly will be made and sent to you and needs to be validated at least 48hours prior your arrival.
