Our 4 night stay there was perfect. Guest Ready met us on arrival so thc check in was seamless- The apartment does not face the square, so is quiet, modern and has everything one needs for a self-catering vacation. The building has an elevator and the wi-fi is good. It is a 5 min walk to the closest metro station and a 2 min walk to the tram stop. Rossio train station is 15 minutes on foot. There are two supermarkets close by, as well as a wide choice of bars and restaurants nearby. We would stay there again.

Appartement bien situé, conforme aux attentes. MAIS...personne à l'accueil suite à un problème de clés et le texto d'information (2h avant le rendez vous, nous étions dans l'avion) ne m'est pas parvenu. Panique et stress, la personne responsable ne s'est absolument pas occupé de nous! n'a pas téléphoné en ne nous voyant pas à l'adresse de remplacement et ne s'est plus occupé de nous . J'ai du demander de l'aide à mon petit fils étudiant à lisbonne.je n'en reviens toujours pas de ce manque de professionalisme .Depuis je demande un dédomagement mais guest ready vient de clore mon dossier sous le prétexte que je n'ai pas signalé le problème alors qu'ils sont parfaitement au courant. J'ai du envoyer une dizaine de mails! Faire confiance à guest ready?

Gut: Sauberkeit, Check-in, Kommunikation und Lage

Lumineux, spacieux et bien placé.

Appart très central au départ de toutes les visites incontournables de la ville. Clair (4ème étage), avec vue dégagée. Ascenseur. Lit king size appréciable, chambre reposante et calme (appart sur l'arrière du batiment).Bon fonctionnement de la douche. Mais, il y a beaucoup de détails qui doivent être communiqués : la propreté est moyenne sur les surfaces telles que poubelles, bouilloire, bouton de chasse d'eau, etc... Certains articles du mobilier sont vieillissants (la tête de lit menace de tomber et est endommagée). La lunette des toilettes n'est pas centrée. La machine à café fuyait, la théière ne fonctionnait plus (faux contact à priori) et l'utilisation de la ventilation dans la salle de bain était impossible due à un bruit strident. Nous avons signalé le premier jour que la cafetière et la ventilation posaient problème et il nous a été répondu que nous devions faire des photos et les envoyer. Il faut se douter que nous avions autre chose à faire !!!!!!Si ces révisions sont faites, il s'agit d'une adresse très intéressante, et un endroit où nous pourrions revenir sans hésitation (sauf l'été car pas de clim mais deux ventilateurs dans l'appart).
