Die Wohnung befindet sich im historischen Zentrum von Lissabon, in der Nähe von Sao Cristovao und São Lourenço. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock eines Gebäudes aus dem achtzehnten Jahrhundert, die nach dem Erdbeben von Lissabon im Jahre 1755 gebaut wurde und wurde kürzlich renoviert (2011). Diese Arbeiten wurden im Rahmen einer Architektur durchgeführt.
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein gutes Licht und Komfort. Es verfügt über WLAN-Internet verfügbar, und selbst Kabel-TV. Hier können Sie eine Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine oder genießen Sie eine gute Flasche portugiesischen Wein.
Diese Gegend ist sehr nahe an der Castillo de San Jorge (10 Minuten Fußweg) und die gleiche Entfernung der Fluss und der Bairro Alto. Es ist sehr zentral gelegen, da es im Herzen der Stadt ist. Es ist sehr nahe Rossio und Figueira Platz. Es ist 1 Minute von der U-Bahnstation Rossio und ein Parkplatz. Es hat viele Beförderungsmittel zur Verfügung nebenan (U-Bahn, Bus, Straßenbahn und Taxi) und den verschiedenen Handels, darunter ein Mini-Markt.
Es ist eine sehr ruhige Gegend und das Gebäude in einer typischen Fußgängertreppe zum Schloss von San Jorge.

The apartment is centrally located with easy access to restaurants & food stores. As with most of Lisbon there are steps leading to the apartment & steps to the upper floor. The apartment is clean with a well stocked kitchen. Host has a variety of guide books and maps. We had a very enjoyable stay.

The reviews for this property are accurate— an excellent host, lovely well outfitted apartment, and close to many attractions. While the apartment building itself is quiet there can be noise outside off/on into the wee hours and cigarette smoke drifting in, plus there is a huge street light outside the bedroom. Bring a sleep mask and earplugs and enjoy or come at a less hot time of the year so you can use the very nice shutters.

Andre is a marvellous host who spends a great deal of time and energy to make sure his guests are cared for. This is so helpful, especially if it’s your first time in Lisbon. The apartment is small, but Andre has made sure that his guests have everything they need. The location is so convenient — just down the hill from the castle , 10 minutes’ walk from the riverfront, a block from a market, 2 blocks from all public transportation. It was just what we needed. But do remember to bring earplugs! Obrigada, Andre!

André, the host, was excellent. He picked us up at the airport and waited an extra 1 1/2 hours while we stood in a very long passport line. He was full of information about Lisbon.The location of the apartment is also excellent, right near the center of the city with good access to attractions, transportation, restaurants, shops, etc. Just around a few corners from the street on a pedestrian alley in a quiet neighborhood at the base of the hill below the castle.The apartment is typically small but clean, well appointed and sufficient for a couple.Guests with mobility issues should know that you are required to climb a few short flights of stairs to access the apartment from the street, and it is on the first floor up a tight inside stair. André was there on check-in to help with luggage, however, and our 70 year old knees were up to the task.In all, a great choice for central Lisbon.

Charming, comfortable, perfectly located apartment

My wife and I greatly enjoyed this apartment, which is ideally suited for exploring Lisbon. Andre was a gracious host who made us feel very welcome, and we found the apartment cozy and well-appointed. We would definitely stay there again — in fact we look forward to doing so!

Excellent Base from which to visit Old Lisbon

Charming little apartment, centrally located, close to conveniences, restaurants, Fado bars, shopping districts and tourist points of interest. I was born in Lisbon. This is where I grew up, studied, worked, dated and married. Working in shifts, I decided to leave the city center of Lisbon, be established in a quiet place to rest. I love to travel and see the world around me. I like being with friends, organize dinners with wine tasting. I love photography, music and a good movie for me stir feelings. I am a friend of my friend and I appreciate sincerity.

The apartment was bought for my daughter to have a place to stay in admission to the University. I am preparing her future but she is only 13 years old and until it is available shouldnt be used because the closed building, unused for several years, it will be more easily degraded.

The building where it is located, has only two tenants (one upstairs and one downstairs), which helps no noise and be friendly. The location is good because it is within the city center. And while you are at the beginning of the hill, a staircase where there are no cars and giving access to the Castle of San Jorge. Magnificent.
