Casa Alice is a brand new holiday villa located close to the centre of Playa Blanca, the Marina and the beach. The villa has 3 bedrooms with comfortable boxspring beds and 3 bathrooms, each with a rain shower. It sleeps a maximum of 5 people.
Around the 11 meter pool there is a beautiful large terrace with sunbeds and a pool table. The pool is electrically heated from mid October until mid April. As the orientation of the terrace is South-West you will enjoy sunshine from mid morning until sunset. You can take your alfresco meals in the shadow of the covered terrace or enjoy a leisurely drink in our comfortable outside lounge. The inside of the house is airconditioned (coin operated). For the entertainment of yourself and your kinds we provide a 4k flatscreen television with a large choice of international programs as well as a Playstation 3 and a Playstation 4 with a good selection of games. You can park your car in our electrically gated private parking area at the front of the house.
Bed and bath linnen, pool towels and end if stay cleaning are included.

Casa Alice is a very comfortable brand-new modern villa located in a quiet cut de sac, in the Costa de Papagayo area of Playa Blanca. The centre of Playa Blanca, the Marina Rubicon and the Playa Dorada are within a comfortable walking distance.

The large outside area is well equipped with superb swimming pool (11 meter long, heated from mid October till mid April), pool table, BBQ, outdoor sink, outdoor shower, covered outside seating and dining area and lovely garden. The terrace is South-West oriented. Swimming pool lies nearly the whole day in the sun.
The inside is furnished up to high standards. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own bathroom with walk-in rain shower. The beds are very comfortable boxspring beds. Each room has Airco. Bed and bath-linen and pool towels are provided. The cleaning is included.
