Die von uns angebotene Ferienvilla liegt vor einer Bucht direkt am Meer, acht Meter oberhalb der Klippen und befindet sich in absoluter Ruhelage am Ende einer Sackgasse.
Das Haus besteht aus drei Wohneinheiten mit einer Gesamtwohnfläche von 220m², plus Terrassen und 700m² Garten und ist für 10 Personen möbliert, maximal könnte auch für 15 Personen gemietet werden. Kinder sind herzlich willkommen :)

Auf Garten und Schwimmbadebene befinden sich 2 Apartments
Jedes Apartment bietet ca. 45m² Wohnfläche plus 10m² Terrasse und besteht aus Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett), Badezimmer mit großem ebenen Duschbereich, sowie räumlich getrennter Toilette. Die beiden Apartments könnten durch eine Verbindungstür in den jeweiligen Wohnzimmern zu einem sehr geräumigen Zwei-Schlafzimmer-Apartment verbunden werden.

Penthouse
Das grosszügige Penthouse bietet ca. 130m² plus 42m² Terrasse und befindet sich im Obergeschoss der Villa mit herrlichem Panoramablick auf den Atlantik, den tropischen Garten sowie den Meerwasserpool. Es ist folgendermassen aufgeteilt: Weitläufiges Wohn- und Esszimmer, angrenzend zum Wohnbereich die offene geräumige Küche mit Geschirrspüler und Vorratsraum, drei Schlafzimmer (eines davon mit Doppelbett, die beiden anderen mit je zwei Einzelbetten), an zwei Schlafzimmern grenzt jeweils ein Badezimmer mit WC, für das dritte Schlafzimmer steht ein zusätzliches WC mit Handwaschbecken zur Verfügung.
Vom Wohn- und Speisezimmer betreten Sie die 42m² grosse Terrasse, welche einen herrlichen Blick über den Atlantik auf die Nachbarinsel La Gomera bietet. Bei einem romantischen Abendessen und einem Glas Wein werden Sie einmalige Sonnenuntergänge erleben.

Jede der drei Wohneinheiten verfügt über: kostenlosen Internetzugang, SAT-TV & DVD Player, Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett sowie einen Safe. Im Preis inkludiert ist die Bettwäsche, ebenso pro Person ein Hand- und Duschtuch.

Eleganter Poolbereich
Der in den Wintermonaten beheizte Meerwasserpool liegt eingebettet in dem liebevoll vom Hauseigentümer betreuten tropischen Garten. Der Pool wird regelmäßig mit 80.000 Litern frischem Meerwasser vom hauseigenen Brunnen gespeist. Mehrere Unterwasserscheinwerfer lassen den Pool in der Nacht wie einen Juwel erstrahlen.

Tropischer Garten
Der mit tropischen Pflanzen bewachsene Garten bietet eine Oase für Ruhe- und Erholungssuchende. Unseren Gästen steht dort ein großzügiger Grillbereich zur Verfügung.
Genießen Sie einen uneingeschränkten Panoramablick über das Meer und die gegenüberliegende Insel La Gomera. Great Stay - Thank you Otto!

I booked this house for a group of 15 people for a big family & friends gathering and we couldn’t have been more pleased. I picked this villa based on pictures, location and reviews and it exceeded my expectations. We were AMAZED at how great this place was. The pictures don’t do it justice. The house was big enough to sleep all of us without anyone feeling cramped. The property is unbelievably well managed and maintained. It was easy to book, the owners were easy do deal with and their communication was impeccable. The location if perfect, directly on the ocean. Albeit the beach is just beautiful, we also enjoyed it to go for a swim directly at the small bay in front of the house which we had for ourselves. We all fell in love with the sunsets over the ocean which are MAGICAL. We just felt like being on a cruise liner. If you are lucky enough and there is something available, be sure to make arrangements to stay at here. Overall, I would highly recommend the property to anyone looking to house a large group.

A very enjoyable stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the space was perfect for our party of 11, comprising 7 Adults and 4 children. It seems a rare find in Tenerife, a private villa with pool and garden and the local area was quiet but well serviced. Otto is meticulous meaning that the villa was spotless on arrival. The check in and check out is very thorough so allow time for this. I would agree with an earlier review that the bedding is not luxury but it was adequate but if you are particular about it I would suggest you take your own. (I took a mattress protector for my little one!) I have suggested to Otto that, if there are other families with young children, he might wish to provide plastic crockery and cups - I would have been a little less anxious had these been provided, in the end we went and bought disposables which was fine. For older children there would be no concerns and the villa would be extremely well suited to them. Otto visits on a daily basis but is unobtrusive and was very helpful. All in all we had a lovely time, the villa was an excellent base for us and I would recommend it to others.

Einzigartige traumhafte Urlaubsresidenz

Als Gruppe erholungssuchende Urlauber haben wir ganz genau das Ferienhaus vorgefunden welches für unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt war. Sowohl von der Lage her war es wunderschön, als auch die Villa, - die super zweckmäßig eingerichtet, ohne überladen zu sein. Wir fühlten uns alle sehr wohl, der Pool machte richtig Freude, wir hatten jede Menge Spaß! Herr Otto Terber bemühte sich um uns, war stets freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit, wir hatten das Gefühl als seine Gäste wirklich "willkommen" zu sein! Das Angebot kommt über das Internet gar nicht so hervorragend zur Geltung, als es sich dann Vorort präsentiert. Unseren Bekannten- und Freundeskreis konnten wir viele schöne Bilder zeigen, da gibt es einige von ihnen, die ihre kommenden Urlaubstage fix vor haben, auch in der Villa Terber zu buchen. Da wir bestens erholt wieder nach Hause zurück gekehrt sind, haben wir uns jetzt schon entschlossen, unseren nächsten Urlaub auch wieder auf diesem zauberhaften Fleck Erde zu verbringen! Tolle Villa für Familienferien

Tolle Villla an traumhafter Lage, liebevoll vom Besitzer gepflegt! Wir haben uns sehr gut erholen können und schon allein der wundervolle Blick von der Terasse ist eine Reise wert. Die Einrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen, der Vermieter stellt alles zur Verfügung, was man braucht. Selbst für zwei Familien ist genügend Platz vorhanden. Vielen Dank! Wir kommen gerne wieder! Triathlontraining + Entspannungsurlaub

Mir als ambitionierten Triathlon-Sportler ist es wichtig auch im Urlaub mein Training wie gewohnt durchzuziehen, sowohl was die täglichen Einheiten als auch meine Ernährung betrifft (Veganer). Von dieser Villa und diesem Ort habe ich durch einem Tip eines Kollegen gehört, der schon mal hier war und der von dem Haus und den Trainingsbedingungnen hier total begeistert war! Der Ort (la Arena) war wirklich ein idealer Ausgangspunkt sowohl für unsere Laufeinheiten als auch für längere Ausfahrten mit dem Rad quer über die Insel. Es gibt tadellos präparierte Laufstrecken direkt entlang der Küste als auch ambitionierte Bergstrassen Richtung Pico del Teide mit x Höhenmeter die den Puls schon etwas ansteigen lässt (die Strassen sind in einem guten Zustand). Neben meinen täglichen Lauf- und Radeinheiten wollte ich mich in diesem Urlaub auch verstärkt aufs Schwimmen konzentrieren. Der hauseigene Pool ist herrlich zum relaxen und da mit frischem Meerwasser gefüllt auch sehr gesund. Nicht einmal 3min vom Haus entfernt lag eine Bucht mit sehr schönen Sandstrand, die dafür ideal war, gerade in der Früh und am Vormittag hatte ich sie fast für mich alleine, der Wellengang war überhaupt kein Thema! Am Abend war fùr uns dann immer noch ein muss, auf der Terrasse zu sitzen und bei dem einen oder anderen Glas vino den Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten, teilweise schon etwas sehr kitschig, aber den Frauen hat es gefallen (außerdem war es dann nicht mehr so heiß). Da ich mich, wie schon erwähnt vegan ernähre, war ich auch froh als ich keine 5min von der Villa entfernt einen Gemüsehändler fand, der uns täglich mit viel frischen Obst und Gemüse versorgte (es hat nicht lange gedauert, wusste die Verkäuferin schon genau was wir täglich gebraucht haben und hat es uns vorbereitet, wobei ich kein Spanisch spreche). In Summe waren wir mit dem Aufenthalt in der Villa Bellevue mehr als zufrieden, deshalb haben wir für dieses Jahr gleich noch einen Termin Ende des Jahres reserviert!! Bis jetzt hatten wir noch keinen anderen Platz gefunden mit dem wir (mit unseren Ansprüchen), so zufrieden waren wie hier!!! Freuen uns deshalb schon auf November, beste Grüße Eure Sportlerfreunde aus Österreich

A dream right at the ocean

A very nice villa with an amazing ocean view, next to the beach. The house is very spacious and there is enough parking for your car in front of the house. The area is peaceful and clean. The garden lavish and the pool always clean and well kept. As for the owners Otto and Dagmar, they are great guys!! First we locked ourselves out totally our fault called Otto, and he quickly arrived to unlock the door with no hassle. Next they found out during the check-in that my birthday was during our stay and with that Otto shows up with delicious homemade cakes for my Birthday! Then one of my friends broke a lamp smashed the glass. Ugh!! We let Otto know what happened and he came over and kindly worked out a fair deal with us to cover the damaged lamp that required replacing. So in short a splendid home to rent in a great area with even greater owners!! Thanks Dagmar and Otto!

wie ein kleines Hotel mit großem Poolbereich

Sehr schöne, saubere Villa mit einem großen und tiefen Pool und auch großem Poobereich,genügend Platz für 10 Liegen. Man hat den direkten Blick auf La Gomera und El Hierro, fast jeden Abend gibt es einen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten.Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, wenn evtl. doch etwas fehlen sollte, wird es vom Vermieter, den man gut erreichen kann, besorgt.Der Vermieter läßt den Pool und Poolbereich regelmäßig säubern. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Empfehlenswert

Das Gesamt-Ensemble (drei Einheiten) bietet einen hohen Urlaubswert für Groß-Familien mit älteren Kindern (wie inunserem Fall), aber sicherlich ist die Anlage Villa Terber auch eine ideale Unterkunft für befreundete Familien, die gemeinsam einen schöndn Uralub erleben wolen. Die Lage ist herausragend (sehr ruhig), aber auch die Nähe zum öffentlichen Strand, Restaurants und Supermärkten ist ideal. Wir haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt.

Outstanding!

We stayed in the villa for a week, with a group of seven - in the age from 4 to 63. The villa suited us very well - we enjoyed enough privacy with the appartments below for the 'elderly' and the upstairs appartment for the youngsters. The garden with swimming pool was our meeting place - perfect for sun bathing, yoga, playing and enjoying the most beautifull sunsets. The weather was so good we (almost) forgot to make trips and see someting more of Tenerife... In short: Very recommendable!

8 People - November Stay - Good Value

This house is in an excellent location: On a quiet, classy cul-du-sac with plenty of free parking. Just a few meters walk to the end of the cul-du-sac is the main street with plenty of restaurants, grocery store, and other local shops. The beach is just a short distance from there. The view from the patio and porch looks west to the ocean and La Gomera, picturesque and relaxing. We also found the location to be a 30 min drive from TFS and a good starting point for day trips to the rest of the island. The house is spacious although the 5th bedroom opens to the dining area and does not have direct bath access. We did not use it. There is no central heat or air conditioning. The breeze from the ocean was more than adequate during our November stay. While the furnishings were adequate, everything was dated. The WiFi function was erratic and did not cover the front bedrooms or downstairs rooms. The heated pool was cooler than we prefer. Both of these items were mentioned to the owner. The exterior locks could stand a recondition as they were difficult to work. The owner maintained a workshop/storage area on the property and frequently used it. We found that to be a bit disconcerting. We would rate the property a 3.5-3.8 on a 5 point scale. It’s not a 5 star resort but it is certainly adequate. And with a little work could rate higher. We all would stay again and we found it a good value.

prachtige ligging

Het huis boven is lekker ruim ook de slaap en badkamers. Heel mooi uitzicht vanaf het terras en lekker zwembad in de tuin. De kamers beneden( die wij nodig hadden met 12 personen) waren erg oubollig en veel dingen aan vervanging toe. ook de matrassen.

En helt fantastisk plats! Vi var åtta vuxna och tre barn och det var gott om plats för oss alla.

Inte toppenmodernt men mycket funktionellt. Allt är helt och sköts om av en mycket noggrann Otto som kommer förbi en stund på förmiddagen för att göra poolen ren, vattna alla fina växter mm. Allt är rent vilket vi tycker är det viktigaste. Poolen har saltvatten som pumpas upp direkt från havet. Blev en stor favorit. Vi saknade ingenting vad gäller utrustning i kök mm. Insynsskyddad tomt. Blir varm i hjärtat när jag tänker tillbaks på veckan.

Very Pleasant Stay!!!

We had a great stay. The ocean views from the property are stunning, espeacially the sunsets at evening with tapas and a glass or two or wine. Travelling as a 3 generation family, it was ideal for our yearly get together. The house is very spacious, spotless clean, the kitchen very well equipped. It was very sunny outside and we enjoyed both, the heated pool as well as the beach. Otto is an extremely helpful host and patiently explained us everything we need to know. We felt very comfortable and it was defenitely not the last time we came.

We stayed there with my family to celebrate my 70th birthday but was spoilt by a few things , the Penthouse is described as lavish, its spacious but very basic, the bedding was two single duvet covers on a double bed, no top sheet and quite rough material, pillows filled with balls of fluff& towels very rough. Quite a few of cockroaches to be dealt with , and couldn't use the grill pan in oven as there was no rack. Cable TVs was in German . Lavish BBQ area l don't think so , had to pay extra to use the BBQ tray. NO outside lights around the BBQ area and it spoilt our evenings as it was dark by 7.30, so we couldn't see to cook, which spoilt my birthday as the family had arranged a private chef to come to the villa and cook us a meal, which he found very difficult to do in the dark. The view is outstanding and the location is perfect. We complain and was given a hot plate to use for grilling, extra pillows but still no good , had to buy torches and candles for outside so we could BBQ. On leaving Otto the owner went through everything like a fine tooth comb , even down to flushing the loo, made us feel very uncomfortable. Would never want to return there again which is a shame, with a few adjustments it could have been perfect.

Amazing stay at an amazing house

After a very long trip to your house, we were immediately surprised with the beautiful view and the perfect accomodations from your house. Even though the bus service wasn't that good, we were able to forget all our concerns. You gave us a very comprehensively guided tour through your house and we immediately felt home in La Arena after a few minutes. We truly enjoyed the large pool which had the perfect temperature. We discovered the beautiful surroundings in front of your house and had a lot of fun jumping from the rocks. There couldn't have been a better way to spend our days. In the evening we twice had dinner at Legends, a restaurant with a fair price for good food and a very friendly service. Afterwards we had the possibility to go to Highland Paddy's and dance a bit. We went on a boat trip to spot some whales which was a really nice experience. The best trip we did was to Siam Park. The park totally deserves it title as the best waterpark of the world and we enjoyed every minute of it. We don't think it was always easy for you to have 15 young guys in your house but we had the time of our live. Thank you very much and we hope to see you soon. Ideales Ferienhaus für eine große Familie!

Auf der Suche nach einem geeigneten Ferienhaus für eine größere Familie wurden wir fündig und buchten sehr kurzfristig die Villa Bellevue in Puerto Santiago. Es empfing uns der sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Eigentümer, Herr Terber und machte uns mit den Gegebenheiten bekannt. Wir waren sowohl vom Platzangebot als auch der Lage der Villa mit beheiztem Meerwasserpool (wo findet man all dies noch) und sogar direkt an der Küste am Atlantik, großartig,! Wir waren glücklich, von dem Ferienhaus, einzigartig in jeglicher Richtung und verbrachten in diesem „Garten Eden“ zwei unvergessliche Wochen in Friede, Freude, Harmonie, - wir fühlten uns, - wie „Gott in Frankreich“ und wissen diese unvergessliche Zeit sehr zu schätzen!

Honeymoon

We spent 8 weeks in Europe and our highlight was definitely our stay at Villa Bellevue. It has a unique location, never stayed in such a place before. You breathe the salty air from the ocean, it has an always changing panorama full of passing by fisher boats, yachts, spotted dolphins and whales and had the most romantic sunsets on the terrace upstairs. The house is very spacious and provides all commodities one needs. Otto is a great host and even surprised us with a homemade honeymoon cake. We did a lot of tours and it was a great base to explore the island. Especially recommendable is the Teide mountain, Masca bay and the Loro Parque. Often we left early in the morning and came back in the afternoon. It was great to jump in the pool or to go to the beach nearby which is really recommendable. Very clean, sandy and private. If you look for an unique spot to spent a really great time, you wont regret it. We hope to come back one day 😊

Lovely villa with great view and great location

Being a group of 10, we rented the entire villa for a week. Everything matched the description from the rental site we used. The view was spectacular, as was the house. It's located in a very calm neighbourhood, yet the black sandy beach at Playa de la Arena, local supermarkets and shops, a bus stop and car rental services are reachable by foot in less than 5 minutes. There were no problems fitting 10 people around the table on the nice balcony for breakfast and dinner. It’s common for large rental villas to have lots of bedrooms but not enough bathrooms; not the case in Villa Terber thankfully! The pool was much appreciated, as was Otto's excellent English, making it easy for us to ask questions about local restaurants, car rental and other practical details. On the topic of car rental: if you plan on renting a car/cars while on the island you might as well do it straight away at the airport. The cost of a taxi going from the airport to Playa de la Arena basically equals the cost of renting a car for a day. We would definitely recommend this villa or one of its apartments to others wanting to visit Tenerife!

The Shangri-La of the Canaries

We have just spent 2 weeks at this amazing villa in Playa de la Arena, one of the nicest areas of Tenerife. Although we booked the house in order to have a beach holiday, we found it very easy to visit the nearby towns, villages, beaches and mountains in the region and also on the neighbor island of La Gomera. We were very surprised to find a very high level of English everywhere and excellent public transport system, both on buses and ferries. The bus stop was only a short walk from the house, as were a good bakery and super market. We also enjoyed buying produce at the fish market in Alcala. Because of the convenient location of the house, we frequently went down to the village several times a day before and after the beach. The beach next to the villa is stunningly clean and tranquil. The owner of the house kindly gave us the names of many good cafes and restaurants that were where the locals eat, and therefore reasonably priced. The house itself was in a lovely sunny position, yet kept cool during some exceptionally hot weather. Another very nice gesture from the owner of the house was to make reservations for us and for our friends for a taxi service to Tenerife Airport. Because he speaks perfect English, we knew that if we had a problem with lack of Spanish, he would help us out. Concerning the house, it was exactly as pictured, with a very nice outdoor pool and garden. The bedrooms were very large and all 3 apartments have lovely sunny balconies. The kitchen had a very good washing machine and dishwasher,,and enough cutlery, crockerymetc for eight people. Even more important, the wifi was excellent. We were also able to watch BBC television in English.. The house was spotlessly clean when we arrived, and the beds very comfortable. The location is unique, you will never find another location on the Canary Islands right on the ocean with such stunning views and sunsets. It feels as if we were right on the ocean.

"An easy five star choice"

The Villa gets five stars promptly and here is why: Star 1. Everything was exactly as advertised. Everything. Rooms, appliances, heated pool, exterior, even the tiniest detail. The photos are ok but they don't do justice to the house failing to reveal its warmth and inviting atmosphere. Star 2. Amazing location. Again, the photos don't disclose the exceptional environment around the house and its privileged location directly at the ocean. Unbelievably quiet yet really close to the beach, shops, restaurants and night life. Star 3. Very bright interior. Every room has at least one window with plenty of light coming in. So, no need to turn on lights during the day. Star 4. Inconceivably clean. Every little spot, every surface, every device, every cupboard, even those things that can get dirty easily were meticulously cared for and this helped unwind and relax. We have to admit that a clean house can hold an unparalleled level of intimacy. Our little daughter felt right at home from the very first moment. Star 5. And last but not least, the host. Otto was very welcoming, a very straightforward person. Very discrete - we only saw him upon arrival when he explained everything about the house and gave us the keys. He then left us enjoy our stay without any intrusion at all. He also was quite helpful arranging for our early departure on the last day. There is little doubt that this may be the best house one can rent when visiting Tenerife for a week or more. It makes staying in this beautiful part of the island even more attractive. And there is absolutely no doubt that this is our de facto choice should we ever visit the Canary Islands again in the future.

A hidden treasure

Villa Bellevue is a hidden gem and we loved it. We were on the sunny side of the island, only about three minutes walking distance from one of the best beaches of the island – with black sand, and with life guards (I find it important for our kids). The villa is located right on the ocean front. At a clear day you can see the other island in a distance of 34 km. From the pool and the terrace we did enjoy the most beautiful sunset one can ever experience – we loved it. The pool was filled with ocean water and had always a good temperature. The house had all amenities we could imagine; it was spacious, always clean, on two levels, with a great terrace. Otto was the best host we had the pleasure to deal with. He was very forthcoming and friendly. He grows his own vegetables organically and sometimes he would just offer us produces from his garden, or bring us some cake he did bake early in the morning. I rarely had such hospitality when renting a house.

Les meilleures vacances

L'ensemble de la villa Bellevue (3 appartements) offre un séjour de vacances très agréable pour des familles nombreuses avec des adolescents (comme dans notre cas) mais l'ensemble convient aussi pour plusieurs familles qui veulent passer leurs vacances ensemble. Surtout la piscine chauffée au milieu du jardin et les magnifiques couchers de soleil étaient inoubliables. L'endroit est très calme mais il est aussi idéalement placé tout près de la plage publique, de restaurants et de Supermarchés. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous recommandons sans hésitation la villa Bellevue. Dagmar et Otto: merci beaucoup pour ces très agréables moments!

Best holiday experience with family on Tenerife!

A brief message to thank you for a wonderful 2 weeks spent in Villa Bellevue. We all enjoyed our holiday very very much. Everything about the villa was perfect - spacious accomodation, lovely pool and superb location, so quiet and scenic and yet so convenient for local amenities. Since returning home we have told all our friends that Villa Bellevue is the only place to stay on Tenerife! Again, "vielen dank", and all best wishes (to you both and to the butterflies!)
