Das Kihei Sands Condominium befindet sich direkt an einem der besten Strände von Maui, dem Sugar Beach. Von unserem Pool am Meer und unserer Grillterrasse aus können Sie praktisch den Strand berühren - sauber, sandig, unbewohnt und kilometerweit in beide Richtungen. Wie weit ist es bis zum Strand? Wörtlich um 6 Fuß! Unsere Terrassen- und Rasenflächen sind idyllisch. Genießen Sie jeden Morgen frisch gebrühten Kaffee und beobachten Sie jeden Abend einen spektakulären Sonnenuntergang, während Sie das Abendessen grillen und ein Getränk genießen.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo is as described and photographed, directly over the pool and with great views of the ocean and beach. The area is a bit of a drive from restaurants and shops, but centrally located for access to all parts of the island. The kitchen is well-stocked and they provide adequate accessories for a beach day, including umbrella, chairs, cooler, towels, etc. The upstairs bedroom is NOT private as it is open to the living room and kitchen areas below, so might not be suitable for all guests.

Best views in Kehei!

We absolutely loved our time here. The views are amazing from every room in the condo. It was well equipped with everything we needed from beach chairs to coolers to towels. Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation!

The condo was well supplied with everything one would need for the beach. The office staff were amazing and so helpful and inviting. We loved that it was quiet and low key with not a lot of activity going on around us, but just a few minutes drive to whatever we wanted to do. We will absolutely stay here again.

Property management very responsive when we had a minor snag. Also a great central location on Maui so most major attractions are and hour or less away. Would absolutely recommend and come stay again.

Big big thanks to them all, for everything they do and so professionalism! Every detail organized and worked out to make it as easy as possible for guests.--Love this place!

Only 3-40 minutes from Kapalua and super close to our favorite part of Maui, Makena and Wailea. We'll be back. We happened to get lucky and rent B8, the closest to the ocean, and it was totally amazing. The office staff was very helpful and informative.

The condo was a perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee on the deck while watching the area come to life for the day. A perfect place for taking walks on the beach or sunning yourself at the pool. Many restaurants within a short drive. Only had one interaction with the onsite management company and was easily booked online. Would stay here again!

I would like to boast further, but I may not be able to secure a place to stay in the future ;)Spend a few days or more. If you're looking for the "big resort" experience, then you should absolutely do that. If you are looking for a quiet, warm, more intimate property this might be the place for you. Just some advice, treat this place like you would your own. Aloha begins with you.I'm a frequent local traveler and I have chosen Kihei Sands as my home away from home.

The end unit views of the ocean at any time of day was worth the extra cost, waking up in the morning looking out the bedroom windows to palm trees and beach/ocean is the very reason we came to visit Maui. Building is well maintained and really enjoyed the common beach front outdoor area w/pool. A real hidden gem amongst high rise condos. Love the more cozy/homey feel of the two story building. We would love to escape the Alaska cold and stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented B5 and B8 for our family of 8. We came to celebrate our 70th birthday with our children and grandchildren. It was a perfect spot and we had so much fun being neighbors! The beach was great, it was whale watching season which was a bonus. The accommodations were clean with all the conveniences of home. The staff was friendly and helpful. We asked for an extra cot and were given a nice queen size blow up bed to use. We had a problem with one of the washing machines and Patrick in the office fixed the problem right away. All in all, we highly recommend Kihei Sands and would love to come back sometime.
