Can’t say enough good things! Location is amazing, beach is beautiful, chairs, umbrellas, cooler, and beach towels provided, wonderful stay. Everyone was great. Will stay here next time we are in Maui.

The resort is nice and small and other guests were really friendly. The property management was excellent- Geo and the other gentleman who took care of the property were so friendly and extremely hardworking. We were there during the Kona Low storm and they worked tirelessly to prep the property including putting up the flood gates and clean up after the storm so that the guests could leave. When we requested items they were brought right away which was great.It would have been nice to have extras of some of those things so we didn’t have to keep asking for them (for eg. 3 kitchen garbage bags for 10 days and 6 ppl) Extra towels for that long as well would have been appreciated as you have to pay to do laundry. Unit is showing quite a bit of wear in some areas like the flooring.Unit worked well for our group but if you want any privacy or a quieter area for little kids in the two upstairs rooms, this may not be the place for you as both rooms are completely open. It was nice to have air conditioning and communal BBQs. Being right on the beach was perfect. Unfortunately the storm trashed the pool area but I’m sure they will work hard to get everything fixed and cleaned. Unit also had a cooler, beach chairs and umbrella which was appreciated, and the resort had boogie boards to use. Coffee on the patio in the morning was a nice touch!We really liked the location.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the condo community was great due to the proximity of the beach.The condo was older than it appeared in photos and had an "old" smell. The property was clean and the property management company responded quickly when we had a broken umbrella that needed to be replaced.
