Welcome to Kamaole Beach Royale #310, located in the heart of Kihei, Maui!. Enjoy a spectacular views of the ocean, beaches and neighboring islands in this recently remodeled condo!

This condo has just been completely remodeled and is brand new to the rental market! Welcome to Kamaole Beach Royale 310!
The space comfortably sleeps 6, with new beds in each room. The primary bedroom features a brand new king bed, an office space for remote work, an ocean view, access to the double lanai, extra closet space, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom features a brand new king size bed, and the living room has a brand new queen sleeper sofa. The bedrooms are on opposite ends of the condo, allowing for a nice separation of space. The is a brand new split AC system with handlers in each of the bedrooms and living room for your cooling comfort. The upgraded kitchen is fully stocked with all of your culinary needs to cook meals at home. You will experience panoramic ocean views from much of the space in the condo. There is high-speed wifi and smart TVs.

We stock beach chairs, beach towels, cooler and umbrella for our guests, so you are beach ready!

Kamaole Beach Royale is located right across the street from Kamaole Beach #1 in South Kihei. Kamaole Beach #1 is one of three famous beaches within easy walking distance of this complex. The condo is also close to a wide range of shopping and restaurants ranging from local fast food, ice cream, to fabulous seafood and fine dining as well as rental shops for snorkeling and beach equipment within a block of the condo. There is also access to a rooftop terrace with BBQs and picnic tables, as well as a pool on the ground floor level.

The condo is beautiful and had everything we needed. We absolutely loved the double patio with an amazing view of the ocean and sunsets. The hosts were also very accommodating and responded quickly when we needed them. The location was great with restaurants, stores, etc. within a walkable distance. We had an amazing time!

Truly gorgeous views! Ocean sounds lulling us to sleep! Whale watching from the lanai! One sunset we must have seen 5 whales doing their thing! A breach, a blow hole, a fin or tail slap; we saw it all! And so close! Magnificent!Quick and easy walk to the calm and warm waters of Kam I Beach, multiple convenience stores and wonderful dining experiences within walking distance, or a short drive. Our stay was lovely, all was very nice and clean. We were disappointed with some of the amenities (toilet paper, dishwasher and laundry soap) as we were there for a month snd paid the same daily rate as someone there for a week.I also asked for cleaning supplies , there was nothing there.(they were delivered promptly ) All in all it was a good vacation. We stayed here with our two teen kids. It was perfect for our two nights in Kihei. A short walk from some cute breakfast spots and shops. A very short walk to the beach. We would stay again great spot.

Perfect Location

My husband and I stayed here with our 4 month old and another couple. The place was nice and located near a lot of restaurants. It was very walkable. I would definitely stay here again.

Kihei paradise

Property was perfect for our family. The expansive lanai was great for breakfast with a view and enjoying the sunset. Unit is nicely decorated with all the comforts of home. Beach supplies provided - chairs, towels, cooler and umbrella made beach days easy. The location is wonderful with the beach across the street and plenty of great dining nearby.

A beautiful place!! The furniture, decor & the view on the balcony was so worth it. Check in was easy, it’s a pretty safe/quiet place and parking was easy as well. The only reason I’m rating my experience a 4 instead of a 5 star is because I did encounter a German cockroach on one of the nights in the bathroom, I didn’t realize how common encountering cockroaches were in Hawaii, I also had a issue with this in my Turo rental. The host was helpful in providing tips to prevent attracting them for the remainder of the trip! The location was great too for visiting the road to Hāna and the north west side of the island, there’s also a lot of great beaches nearby as well. I would recommend this place for sure.

Beautiful Condo, Great Location!

My wife, niece and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at the condo. Nice modern amenities. Very clean. This location is centrally located in Kihei. The views and sunsets are worth every penny. Walkable to multiple beaches and places to eat. Would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable for two couples. Great location with beach across the street and bakery, shops, restaurants, and small grocery all a short walk away. Unit was recently updated and is well outfitted with kitchen supplies, beach gear, etc. Lovely to sit on the balcony and see the ocean and watch the sunset. Super easy check in and out and good communication with rental agency.

This condo is in a great location in Kihei with a stellar coastline view. It is within walking distance of many great shops and restaurants. The beach is right across the street! The views are amazing from the attached lanai or rooftop deck. Definitely coming back! Aloha.

Excellent Property & Location

Our family had a great stay at the property! The condo unit was clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. And we loved the huge lanai! I've stayed at a few different places in Maui and this is my favorite location in Kihei. It's less than a 5 minute walk from the beach, an ABC store is right around the corner, and surrounded by good places to eat. Our family will plan to stay here again on our next trip to Maui. 5/5 definitely recommend!

Home Away from Home

I come to Maui regularly for work and my 1st choice for where I stay is this building. First time to get this unit and met all expectations and needs. The remodel and updates are a huge plus. The unit had everything one needs, views and quick access to Kam beach, restaurants and shopping all within walking distance.

Beautiful Inside & Out

Wonderful stay. Pictures were accurate. Plenty of space for 4 adult women. Everything was clean & what was described was provided from beach chairs & towels to laundry pods. Any meal we ate was on the patio watching the views of the beach. Close to food as well. Check in & check out process was easy & the company was very prompt & communicative.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great condo in a superb location. Half block to the beach and close to many many restaurants and shops. Condo was redone and nicely outfitted. Balconies off both living room and master bedroom. Great views when eating breakfast or lunch.

Perfect Long weekend getaway!

Quick summary: - Easy checkin process (contactless and convenient) - location is incredible! Should be highlighted more. - Lanai has incredible view. We spent a lot of evenings watching sunset and playing cards on it. - The cooler, beach chairs, plastic cups and beach towels came in handy each and every day! - Bedrooms are spacious. - Easiest to use stairs to get to and from unit as the elevator takes forever. - Beds aren’t the comfiest and blankets are paper thin.
