Luana Kai  A203 is a two bedroom/ 2 bath oceanview. Enjoy the spectacular view while dining on the lanai. This condo has a King in the master with two twin beds in the guest bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room. A203 does NOT have AC.  Includes Wifi, cable Tv, and Free calls to U.S mainland and Canada.  Lovely pool area with hot tub, saunas & 5 gas bbq grills. . 
 The condo is located on the the second floor. There are NO elevators, you would have to walk up 2 flights of stairs.
Free and unassigned parking

Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. If you have a late flight out, we recommend booking an extra night to accommodate your schedule. Mahalo for understanding.

Great place!

We had a wonderful time. The place was clean and well appointed. It was spacious and we loved the pool! Would stay here again.

Great stay

We had a great stay. The condo is nicely decorated and there is plenty of space. The views are spectacular and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The pool area is fantastic and there are plenty of gas grills. We grilled a couple of nights after a day at the beach. The beach is a short walk across a grassy field. Restaurants, grocery stores, shops, a great skate park, and other beaches with great snorkeling, are just a couple miles to the south. I highly recommend this resort. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Nice place

Property and area was great, but it was really windy. The beach wasnt all that user friendly for us. The wind would sandblast us and water had a brown tinge to it. We never went into water there during our stay. Close to food, aquarium, harbor. Great view from our balcony, furniture is pretty dated though, 80's. Pool area was great with bbq, sauna, but jacuzzi were down while we were there.

Overall, the property was in a great location, was well maintained and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. I think the only downside was that it was a little warm and there was no AC. So a bit toasty but being able to open the windows and the sliding glass door helped to cool down and sleeping in the evenings was generally pretty nice and but the the beachfront sunset views certainly made up for the lack of AC. And overall we had a lovely stay. Mahalo!

I am Leslie and I moved to Maui 40 years ago. I immediately started work at Luana Kai in Kihei and am still here. I am blessed to call Luana Kai my FAMILY. I have had the pleasure of watching families grow up year after year and some who were babies when I started are coming back with their babies now. Such a delight.
