Summary:
Welcome to your Parisian home near Louvre Museum and Marais. Located in a historical building dating back to 1885, your apartment was the Parisian residence of a French aristocratic family until the early 20th century.
From that era you can enjoy the luxury high ceiling, handmade golden moldings and the antique mirror and fireplace. It has been perfectly renovated to accommodate the heritage of the past with contemporary comfort.
The Space:
Modernized by a famous French Architect, the place mixes contemporary French Design and Antiques from Paris famous craftsmen. The place has :

- 1 Dining area with a bar and 6 chairs
- 1 Fully-equipped Kitchen
- 1 Master Bedroom with a private bathroom
- 1 Bedroom
- 2 Bathroom
- 1 separate WC
Making the apartment comfortable for 4 people, and a maximum of 6 people.
The sleeping arrangement is organized as follow, all bed & bath linen being provided :
Bedroom 1 with a 5***** double-bed high comfort mattresses
Bedroom 2 with a 5***** double-bed high comfort mattresses
Living Room with one high quality sofa bed for two
The apartment is equipped with :
TV, high speed Wifi
a washer dryer, a hair dryer
a nespresso coffee machine, a water boiler, a toaster
a fridge, an induction plate, a micro-wave, pans and other cooking wares
a baby bed if needed
In 1795 when Napoleon arrived in Paris, he settled down in a residence next to our building. The name of the street today is one of Napoleon’s era most epic battles. Our neighborhood is a place steeped in history from where you can discover Paris, enjoy a cup of coffee or simply taste one of the French restaurants a few meters from your Parisian home.
You can walk in this central and beautiful neighborhood, discover the Louvre Museum 5 minutes away, its Tuileries Garden, go to Le Marais or stop in one of the many bakeries and cafes to enjoy warm baguette and freshly brewed coffee4
Guest Access:

- It is a historical building, the elevator is small. No more than 2 people without suitcase at a time
- A person and a suitcase.
IMPORTANT: never put only suitcases in the elevator, otherwise you will not be able to open it from the outside and it will be blocked. There must always be someone inside the elevator with the suitcases.
Easy Access : before your arrival we send you all the access information including a video on how to get inside the building and the apartment.
To get the keys of the apartment:
- You will have to collect the keys in a secure box with a code inside the building
- The code will be given to you before your arrival
- The door to your apartment is on the second floor with elevator.
- Please take some time to carefully read the rules of the apartment that we have placed on the table of the kitchen
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located at walking distance from many landmarks of the city, and is particularly close to the Louvre museum and the Marais district. This area is in the very center of Paris, and is one of the most lively and enjoyable to live, with many trendy restaurants and bars. Nearby is rue Montorgueil, a Parisian’s favorite to wander, and the charming Place des Victoires, built under Louis XIV.
Getting Around:
Metro Station:
3 minutes : Metro Station, line 3
5 minutes : Metro Station Châtelet Les Halles, lines 1, 4, 7, 11, 14 and RER A, B and D.
5 minutes : Car Park Indigo, 40 Rue Dussoubs, 75002 Paris
Airports : to come / go to CDG or ORY airport :
Direct with RER B to the station Châtelet Les Halles.
Other Things to Note:
Check-in / Arrival : from 4pm => From 2pm you can leave your luggage in the apartment. The apartment is being cleaned by our housekeeping team from 11am to 4pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can indicate you a paid locker service next to the apartment. Check-out / Departure : until 11am.

- Taking care of the apartment
The apartment has been carefully designed to offer you a haven of peace in the heart of Paris. You are expected to take care of it and return it in the same condition.
Upon your arrival, please report any problem immediately to our teams so that so that we can offer you the best solutions. We recommend you to take photos to identify any potential damage.
After departure, the apartment will be inspected by our teams, and if no damage is identified, the security deposit will be released.
- Respecting the House Rules
Non-smoking zone: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment or within the building premises.
No outside people: Only people whose identity documents have been provided are granted access the apartment.
No parties: Out of respect for our neighbors, we strictly prohibit parties or gatherings that may disturb the peace and tranquility of the community. Additionally, you are asked to respect quiet hours, between 9pm and 8am.
No events or professional photo shoots: The apartment is intended for residential purposes only. Hosting events or gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy of the apartment is strictly prohibited. Likewise, professional photo and video shootings are not authorized within our premises.
In the event of non-compliance with one or more of these rules during your stay, we will be forced to terminate your stay in the apartment, and the security deposit will be kept.
Additionally, please note that:
In the event of loss of apartment keys, €170 will be charged.
Cleaning is carried out only before each arrival and after each departure.
In order to guarantee compliance with these rules:
- You will be asked for photos of the identity documents of the people staying on site
- A separate deposit of 1000 Euros on Swikly will be made and sent to you and needs to be validated at least 48 hours prior your arrival
